1 Week Post Op
WORTH IT$9,800
Things seem to be progressing nicely. Seems as if my implants are already in a nice position. My dr told me that the implants are pretty much where he expects them to stay. Later this week we will remove the KT tape that was utilized (for the 1st two weeks) to help prevent lateral displacement as well as my remaining tape and stitches. Implants are nice and squishy to the touch. Of course with the cohesive gel, I've had 100% immediate improvement in the visible rippling that I had with my saline implants.

Smooth Surgery
I had my augmentation revision with an areola reduction yesterday. As far as I know, everything went smooth. I switched out my old Mentor Mod+ profile (350/370cc) or the new Mentor Boost HP (440cc) implants. I was a little nervous about these new implants because there are not a lot of reviews out there yet. So I definitely wanted to share my experience with them for others who might be seeking information about them. I took a few photos last night. So far, my size seems to be pretty close to my wish pics. Hopefully there is not too much swelling right now, because I actually like the size!

Is there something special with the Boost Implants?
From what I have read, the gel is a bit more cohesive, less ripples and holds the shape better, especially at the upper pole.
Fabulous results!

Breast Implant Revision Expectations
Hello. I will be 45 in October, 5’4”, 113 lbs and will soon be consulting to have my 16 year old Mentor, smooth, round, moderate plus profile, 350/375cc implants removed and replaced. As you can see in the photo, I have a lot of tissue loss in the lower right breast due to a past biopsy. This time around, I am looking to go with high profile, smooth, round implants. I am currently a 32dd/34d (although I have lost some volume due to weight loss). I cannot use at 32d bra, as I bust out of the top, but I still do not completely fill a 32 DD/35d due to some loss of upper pole fullness. I would appreciate any opinions on what I might expect as far as cc recommendation to keep me around a full 32DD size with the high profile implants. Is there anything that can be done to correct the volume loss of the right breast due to the biopsy?
