445cc silicone moderate to 650cc high profile after 30lb weight loss

I initially had 445 and then lost about 30lbs. This totally changed my shape. Still loved them but thought they could have more upper pole fullness and I had a lot of side boob after weight loss. We initially agreed on 695 but he warmed me that might to bug with my current body contour. Had surgery today. We ended up with 650 and I’m completely happy. He did some sort of capsule procedure on the side to help reduce side boob and just a few hours post op, I’m happy. Will update as they fluff more. I’m in very little pain as of today.
