43yrs Old/BA Revision Scheduled in 3 Days!
I am a mother of 3 and had my boobs done 20yrs ago. They’ve flattened out and I have some animation deformity and it’s time for an update! I chose Dr Lawton because he has the reviews, the experience and I just liked him when I met him.
I had gone to another consult with a different PS prior to seeing Dr Lawton and he made me feel like crap about my breasts.. said they basically were very stretchy and needed a definite anchor lift. I never even thought my boobs were that bad so I left his office feeling deflated - no pun intended lol.
Also the other PS felt on my boobs so much, that he even gave me bruises. Anyway, Dr Lawton has great bedside manner and boosted my confidence stating I didn’t need a lift. Made my day!
So im scheduled for this Thursday for surgery and im beyond excited! Also a bit nervous too. The team at the office has been great— Veronica has answered all of my questions and concerns each time I ask. And I’ve asked a lot!
I am a 34C now —deflated— and I’m hoping to go to a DD. —I’m going in asking for 350cc on TOP of what I already have as I’ve done the instant mashed potatoes in stockings test and I liked this size a lot.

It is never appropriate to make the patient feel bad about themselves. So sorry you had to go through this with another doctor.

Dr will figure CCs for me based on dimensional planning I assume. But yes I’d like to be in the 650-700 range— whatever looks fullest without making my boobs look droopy since I’m not doing a lift.

2 days post op - 650CC - I think
The surgery went well! Dr Lawton went through my aerolas —lower half— to remove the old implants and place the new ones. I am quite swollen still and have drains placed for a week since he did a capsulectomy I believe.
I asked what size my old saline implants were that he removed and the nurse said 300 and I asked for 350 to be placed on top of what I already had so I’m assuming these are 650cc. But I won’t know for sure until I go to have the drains removed next Friday.
Overall I am happy with the size and shape! Looking forward to final results in a couple of months.

Wow these look wonderful. I've been wanting new implants and would love to go larger like this!

Here is a before and after
Wanted to post this before and after. I think Dr Lawton did an AMAZING job! My breasts look more lifted now (I didn’t have a lift) and full. What do y’all think?
He even fixed my animation deformity that I had. Now when I flex my pectoral muscles I can’t move my boobs like I could before.
In addition he got rid of my snoopy boobs! Super happy!!! Dr Lawton is the BEST!
