Breast Revision Help Needed

On March 31, 2023 I had a breast augmentation with lift with 325 cc SSF implants in both right & left breast. Placement is sub-muscular (unsure of full sub or dual plane, was just explained the difference in a recent consult). Fairly quickly after surgery I noticed my right breast was sitting considerably higher and as time went on, it did not drop - it was sitting 2 finger-width from my collarbone. Additionally, it shot straight out and jutted straight down. I went back to my surgeon and we waited a few months to determine corse of action. I wore a band but it did it move. Surgery was scheduled as they told me the pocket was not open enough and the implant didn’t have room to drop. We decided also to go slightly larger as I anticipated CC’s in the 300’s to look bigger. August 18th, 2023 I had my revision surgery. Surgery was described to me as follows- they opened up the pocket on the right and placed a 385cc SRF implant in. They did not open the pocket up on the left side - just did an implant exchange for a 365 SRF. As I healed from surgery, I now was noticing issue in the left breast. The implant felt as if it was jutting out towards the side of my underarm - when I was sleeping I was waking up if I rolled onto my left side because my muscle would feel so tight it would cause pain. I also noticed that instead of a rounded bottom, on bottom left it was a more slanted shape than rounded. On the right side - I was noticing continued waterfall/snoopy nose effect. I went back to the surgeon and they wanted me to wait a year post 2nd surgery to see if any change would occur and the implants would fall into place. In the meantime, I have been having consults with other surgeons as I do not feel comfortable continuing with my original. One surgeon said I was bottoming out on the right, one surgeon said I have capsular contracture, one surgeon said because of the lift and how my breast tissue hangs I’m going to have the snoopy nose effect no matter what. Is there anyone who can help provide some insight? Ultimately I would like to go larger with my breasts (thinking 6-700cc’s) and want to know the safest & most successful route to take.
