300cc Saline to Be Replaced with SMALLER Silicone

Re-Augmentation surgery done
Surgery took about one hour and twenty minutes. Doctors and staff took good care of me.
I was going for SMALL, hoping for 195cc , but that wasn’t even an option for me. I ended up with 220cc Natrelle Inspira SCF . The pocket from my previous 300cc saline was pretty stretched out and droopy, so Dr. Bohley stitched up and in, making the pocket for replacement smaller.
I’m sore, but not miserable and swollen and very distorted looking ...

It was nice to have boobies, but now I want them gone .... except I’ve gone back and forth over explant or revision .... and I’ve committed to a smaller size exchange with silicone softness.
Dr. Bohley has taken over the patients from my original Breast Augmentation surgeon in 2005. I was 35yo with barely an A cup after one child and breast feeding. Now I’m almost 50 and have a strong desire for much smaller boobs, less weight, better shape.
I’ve had two consultations and feel Dr. Bohley and I are talking the same language. He’s going to do a pocket revision, making the space for new implants smaller and supported more upward and inward. Maybe more fullness in the center of my chest, without high profile.
My actual review will come after my surgery on August 4, 2020. With follow up photos.

What size are you planning for replacements? I'm contemplating similar downsizing as I'm 50 & feel my 310cc's have become matronly looking & feeling.

I’ve requested 195cc and Dr. said he’ll try, but believes I may be more of a 205-210cc

Is he doing a smaller wider implant to try and fill out the cleavage area?
Not wider, but smaller, and stitching the current pocket inward and upward. Making a “sling” that will support new implant and close up the space.
Look up Mlanne username on this site. She’s my perfect example. I’ll have same side stitching , but also underneath.
Are your originals over or under the muscle? And are you going over or under for the revision?
