440cc/505 cc, High Profile, Sientra Textured gummies, 120 lbs, 5’6”, 2 kids

I can’t believe it’s been 18 days after my surgery. I haven’t really noticed a huge difference with how my boobs look. Though they are softer now especially my left boob. My right boob feels a little firmer but maybe because I has the bigger implant (505cc) and I have less breast tissue there. But just to make sure I’m not developing capsular contracture, Dr. Kim started me on Accolate when I went to see him for my 2 week follow up. Accolate is an asthma medication but I guess it help to prevent capsular contracture. I’ve also been taking vit e 1000 units.

As with skin tenting on my cleavage area, I don’t see any improvement even though I’ve been wearing the thong bra. I think the gap between my breast is the best I’m going to get. I wish it’s more defined like most women I see here but I’m still happy how my breasts look as compared to how they used to look before. Dr. Kim told me that my rib cage naturally caves inward and as a result my skin will lift up when stretched.

As for pain, I stopped taking any pain meds after the 4th day. I didn’t really have muscle tightness since it’s my 2nd BA which means my chest muscles have been stretched out.

I will begin treating my scars in a few days. I bought a silicone gel for the scar. I hope it really helps cuz I don’t scar very well.

This thong bra is the most uncomfortable thing ever. I hate wearing it. Is there any other sternal compression bra in the market out there that is a little bit bearable to wear?
