I wish I never heard his podcast with TSC. That’s what led me to this practice, and it was the worst decision I could have made.
Dr. Whitfield performed an overly tight lift, removed my pectoral muscle, caused tissue displacement, and I lost most sensation. This is not a normal outcome.
He is extremely difficult to have a conversation with. When I tried to address what was happening, I was met with dismissive behavior instead of answers. At one point, he told me I should sell my car, quit my job, and move out of state, which had nothing to do with my medical care.
I was originally supposed to have a fat transfer, which never happened. Dr. Chung is no longer with the practice, and looking back, I am grateful for that.
I communicated with Jen from the office regarding my concerns and request for a refund. She did not seem surprised by my experience and has since stopped responding.
I only wish I had seen the volume of negative reviews before moving forward. I strongly encourage anyone considering this practice to do thorough research and trust your gut.
I now understand I am not alone in this experience.
These are facts, not opinions.
