I had a wonderful experience with Dr. James Romanelli - He made me feel very comfortable

My experience with the doctor last year was absolutely amazing. I had breast implant removal. He is one of the best surgeons I’ve ever worked with. However, I was supposed to have a follow up visit a year later. Unfortunately I could break through the iron wall of his receptionits to schedule this appointment. They gave me the runaround, telling me k had to,speak with his assistant coordinator. What does that even mean? I’ve never heard of such a title. Finally after braking through and speaking to this assistant, she started interviewing me as if I was anew patient, obliviously to my history with the doctor, and unwilling to schedule what was explained to me as a mandatory follow up. After my original surgery the doctor told me to wait and see how I heel and then we would determine the next course of action. Fortunately my greats heeled very well. I didn’t need a lift, all i needed was to have the scars left on my nippled touched up. Well, apparently that was unacceptable to this “assistants’ and another wall was built between me and the good doctor. In addition to the touch up work I said I wanted a consultation regarding some work on my face, to which this person proceeded to give me her personal judgments on my situation, rather than let me get the thoughts of the doctor I wanted to see. She put up a smoke screen, saying she would call me the next day, which I knew would never happen, and I was right. She never called. Three days later, I call back, spoke to a different receptionist, who was programmed to send me back to the gatekeeper. She asked me to lay out what I want to get done. I told her I’m not sure, that’s why i need to see the doctor, so he can give me the best and safest options for me. She told me ok, but it’s $1500 for an audience with his highness. Then she started quoting me prices for what I was considering, in an effort to dissuade me from coming in, as if she thought I was wasting their time. Then, finally, she agreed to give me the consultation, but told me there’s no surgery appts available until summer 2023. Yet another attempt to dissuade me from coming in. So, unfortunately, I’m taking my business elsewhere. It’s a shame to have such a great talent surrounded with golems. I’m sure he will never starve, but he will never reach the people who need him the most either.

I had a Breast Implants Removal with Dr. James Romanelli. I love This Doctor. He was very kind and very Well Spoken, I visited more than 3 surgeons before get to Dr. Romanelli and didn’t feel comfortable with any of them. I found him Thanks to Google lol and I live on NYC and drove all the way to Huntington to meet with Dr. Romanelli, As soon I met him I knew I like him.

Consultation was very easy, He made me feel very Comfortable with Beside Manners, He Answered All My Questions cause I was a bit nervous I felt like I was talking to a Relative no a Doctor lol. Anyway I felt very happy and booked my Surgery, The Surgery Day he came and talked to me, no rush, very calm answered all my questions and then I went to the Surgical Room.

After I woke up I saw my results and I love them. I am So Happy cause I had the Pleasure to meet Such A Warm, Kind, Knowledge Doctor & Surgeon. His Staffs are very Friendly and Organized. I would love to keep seeing Dr. James Romanelli for Futures Surgeries
