I spent years doing my research and settled on Dr. Rankin after my consultation. He and his staff listened to me, they understood my concerns and were with me the entire journey from my first phone call to scheduling a consultation to now, 2 weeks post op. I was never made to feel as if my symptoms were all in my head. The kindness, compassion, and love Dr. Rankin and staff showed me was undeniable. Dr. Rankin cares about his patients, their concerns, their recovery outcomes and his staff treats patients like they are family. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Rankin and staff. I cannot imagine going through this explant journey with any other team!
