I explanted with Dr Dev on 3/11/20! Dr Dev and his staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable! I suffered with BII for over 3 years and I needed a Dr who believed in BII. Dr Dev is by far the most compassionate and kindness doctor I have ever met. His staff at Aqua Plastic Surgery are top of the line as well. Jonathan helped me with all of my scheduling and my 50k questions! Megan was my pre op and post op nurse. Beatrice is Dr Devs nurse and is AMAZING! She has been there for me every step of my journey when I decided to explant. When choosing this Dr it came very easy and through prayer so I knew I was in good hands when the Lord lead me here! I am now 8 weeks PO and feeling great! I am so thankful for my decision to explant and get my life back! Thank you Dr Dev & all of your incredible staff!

Wow, great results congratulations. You seem to have a lot of natural breast tissue. Unfortunately I have very little tissue but I still want my implants out. What made you decide to do the explant and breast lift at the same time? I often hear that it is better to wait six months between both surgeries but I can't decide what to do. Thanks and keep healing

Hi! Thank you! If you are wanting to do fat transfer that is recommended for 6-12 months after explant. Explant and lift is very common to do at the same time. No waiting period. I wasn’t sure how much tissue I would have either. I had implants for 9 years. I have gained weight and I am thinking that’s what helped me have more breast tissue. GET THE LIFT! It isn’t a bad recovery either. Just very sore but no actual pain. You will be glad that you did them both at the same time!

What were your symptoms for BII

I had a lengthy list. About 33 symptoms. I’ll name a few of the major ones.
Headaches, muscle aches, flu like symptoms 3-4 days a week, hormone imbalance, heavy metal elevation in testing, adrenal issues, depression, anxiety, STRESS, my body felt like it couldn’t process stress, fatigue. There are more but those were my major ones. I give God all the glory for my healing!
