My journey began 18 years ago when Dr. Gelfant performed by breast augmentation. He is such a gifted surgeon, very kind & caring. I loved my results. I had saline implants with no visible scars. At age 59, I no longer desired to have my implants and opted to have them removed for personal reasons. In October 2022, Dr. Gelfant removed my implants with local anesthesia.
