Not Impressed

Never saw the doctor once after procedure, only office staff ( some not even licensed). My surgery was scheduled for 1:30 , I was NPO all day and they didn’t take me until nearly 5. When he finally came in he was arrogant when I asked why it was taking so long. I would never use this doctor again. He’s also passing odds poor implant removals as en bloc capsulectomies. Only good thing was the vitamins. Results are okay but bedside is horrible or non existent. What doctor NEVER does one follow up visit?

On surgery day patients come in early in case we are ahead of schedule. Each operation is executed meticulously, rather than exactly on time. Sometimes a cancelled patient results in patients being moved around. The medical staff are all licensed and certified: The administrative staff does not perform patient care. It is still early after surgery since we see patients a 1, 7, 10, 14, 30, 180 days, and every year forever. I see patients after surgery, but not at every visit.
