He paid special attention to my concerns, my questions, and the individual results and expectations I had. My consultation was extremely thorough and personalized for my explant, lift and reduction, considering my previous surgeons work, my unique case and what my most important issues were. Although the journey and decision for surgery was emotional, after meeting Dr Francis I knew he would take extremely good care and he was considerate of my feelings and my comfort giving and explaining all options. Consultation, surgery, and after care were an absolute dream. If I could give 10 stars, I would. And I will surely recommend him to anyone seeking plastic surgery.

His office is also top tier. From the patient care coordinator, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, everyone was a dream. I felt so heard, and taken care of. The entire team is there to make sure you have a better than you imagined experience.
