Breast Implant Removal with Lift - No Replacement Implants

So it’s been about 2 weeks.
My emotions have been all over the place
And so have my boobs !!!
I had a giant lefty that just kept filling with fluid and a very deflated righty.
Over the last week the fluid has been absorb by my body and I think they have started to even out abit.
I took the original tapes off today and moisturised and have just put some new tapes on so thought I would update with some pictures
The scars are abit uneven I think as my right boob is slightly smaller and the scar generally sits slightly above the crease it’s obviously a lot more visible.
They are sore they are red and there are a few lumps
There is also a lot of glue residue with is making the skin look more puckered than I think it actually is.
On the whole I think the incisions sites for 2 weeks are quite neat and will hopefully heal well but I still felt a bit upset and emotional .
It was almost like I was expecting there to be no scars (even though I know that’s impossible)
I guess it will take some patience and perseverance and hopefully I will get more comfortable in my own skin !
I will just add that I am loving the smaller frame all clothes just make me look like my younger petite self - no regrets and I will learn to be more patient xxxxxxx

Day 3/4
Just a quick update - so the first 2 days I pretty much bed rested I honestly didn’t feel up to anything. By end of day 2 I had some what of a uni boob due to the amount of swelling!
Today however the pain is pretty much gone ! Like there sore - if I stretch too much pick something up etc then yeh it hurts but it’s not an over whelming lingering dullness achy pain that was there consistently!
Also my full round perky boobs have diminished somewhat now that the swelling has subsided significantly !!!
My left boob is slightly bigger but I can feel fluid and air in the pocket so hopefully my body will absorb that over time and will shrink to look more like my emptier right boob!
They are looking very bruised and today!!!
I still love them even though they get tinier by the day ! Xx

you're looking great! Yeah, a lot will change in the next few weeks. My big left one had a bunch of fluid in it, that ended up going away on it's own after a week or so. Happy healing! xx

First look at new boobies
So here they are - they are obviously all taped so can’t see the incisions or full nipple but on first glance I am in love ...
They are obviously teeny tiny but I am happy with them for day 1 !!! Excited to see them settle and hopefully fluff a little . But even if they stay this teeny I feel I have made the right decision .
They are small but they feel like skin they feel like boob no ridges no ripples ...
I’m currently feeling very free and very happy - so far so good!

omg they are perfect! I'm doing explant and lift May 10th I shall post pics as well. This makes me so excited

Omg you look great already! They are cute and you look ‘young’ ;-) Keep us updated please, I’m very interested in your healing! My first appointment is on May 1st! Still in doubt wether to get a lift at the same time of the explant or wait and see how they turn out over time. Your result makes me consider the first option.
Hello - thank you for your comments- I agree they look youthful .. athestically they look better than I imagined as I really did have a lot of hanging skin with hanging implants.
Not going to lie though the recovery so far is not great - I am getting more painful and swollen everyday so they currently do not look like that as they have swelled a lot under arm pits and in between so resemble a bit of uni boob! But glad I had that first peek so I know they are hiding in there somewhere underneath the swelling.
For my boobs I couldn’t consider not having a lift as my nipples were large and low but most people seem to achieve a great outcome without the lift.
I do feel like for me however it was definately the right option to have the lift especially as I don’t have a lot of breast tissue I think I would have had a totally different outcome I will definately keep you updated [RS bleep]
