Its been a few years since I had my explant and Im still unhappy with my results

If you had very small breasts prior to augmentation, dont bother going to Rankin for the explant/lift. i originally filled out the request for Dr. Dev but rankins surgical assistant/coordinator called me instead and convinced me to go with Rankin. I wish I stuck with my original choice. Its been a few years since I had my explant and Im still unhappy with my results. I travelled from the northeast for this surgery. It wasnt easy. He changed the shape of my nipple which is now noticeably uneven and he placed them too inward and not in the middle of my breasts like they were before. They look so bad now. He also recommended I get a lift with what little tissue I originally had to prevent pockets. It didnt help, i still had a pocket. He also dismissed my concern of adhesions forming because of the indentation along my whole scar. This never went away. I opted to have implants put back in to help my breasts look aesthetically normal again after Dr. Rankins botch of a job. They look better but my nipples are still inward because of Dr.Rankin. The best part is Dr. Rankin claimed to have removed the whole capsule but I found out after my recent surgery that part of the capsule was still intact which was what was giving that indentation in my scar. 10k for a shitty job done. I will never recommend him to anyone.
