I’m So Happy That I Found Dr. Horndeski

WORTH IT
After doing some research on implant removal I found Dr. Horndeski. His before and after photos as well as the many five star reviews promoted me to schedule a consultation. When I arrived for my first visit, his staff made me feel welcome and answered any questions that I had- some more than once. :-) During the consultation, Dr. Horndeski asked what I was looking for and gave me options to choose from. He was extremely knowledgeable and straight to the point in regards to The Bellesoma Method and what I could expect.
After a few weeks of trying to decide if I should go through with the procedure (I had just begun working out with a personal trainer), I decided to schedule my appointment. I met with Jana who went over what to expect before, during and after my procedure as well as pricing.
Once I arrived at the hospital (who were all extremely welcoming also), I was walked into a room specifically designated for Dr. Horndeski’s patients. He arrived and took video images of my breasts and also made calculated markings on my chest so that he could use these markings during my procedure as guidelines to where he should ‘cut and sew.’
I will close by saying that after only four days of my procedure, I already see a difference in the fullness of my breast and even with the sutures and swelling, they look better than they did prior to the procedure. This was the best decision that I’ve made in a long time and I’m happy that my research paid off. I’m so excited from the results that I see already and cannot wait for the days ahead as I know they’ll continue to look better each day.

Drains were removed and I’m feeling like myself again. My follow up visit went well and once again, Dr. Horndeski answered all of my questions and was happy with the results. I will send updates as I continue to see progression.

Thanks for your review and post. Please keep us updated as you recover. You look great! Can you post a before pic too?

You’re welcome and thank you so much. I stupidly failed to take a before photo. However, Dr. Horndeski took several. I will ask him if it’s possible for him to send me a few and I will post them as well as my progress.

I'm scheduled with Dr. Horndeski for Explant and Bellasoma Lift in February. Any tips for me? I'm flying in and staying in Sugar Land for a week.

I was reminded of this tip shortly after my first response while showering and attempting to wash my hair. Depending upon your choice of hair styles - you may want to consider how you’ll move forward with washing, blow drying, flat ironing or curling/styling your hair. There will be restrictions with that also considering that you won’t be able to raise your arms and hands above a certain level of your chest.

I’m so happy that you’ve chosen him. I have no affiliation with him or his office but I can say they besides having my daughter - it was the best decisions that I’ve made. I should have never gotten implants. If you endured the implant procedure, this one will be less painful in my opinion and you’ll be back to moving around once the anesthesia wears off. Even with the pain meds, I felt aware of what was going on around me and still have more than half of them left. The only discomfort that you may experience is with the drains being in your way and having to wear a bra 24/7.
I would also suggest lowering anything that is currently set at a high position in your home as you won’t be able to raise your arms above your head for several weeks. Also, order your bra(s) early so that you have it with you when you go and he will adjust it accordingly. You also won’t want that bra to be too small to where the cups to touch your nipples as they’ll need space within your bra to heal as well.
Another suggestion is to have an area designated for yourself in preparation to sleep on your back for six to eight weeks so that when you make it home, that’s one less thing you’ll have to prepare. Try to have food cooked or someone available to help you with meals if possible because I didn’t and had to do a lot of bending over and lifting pots and pans —-and washing those pots and pans afterwards.
Clothing wise, bring as many buttoned down shirts as you can so that you don’t have to stretch your arms above your head which could interfere with the sutures as well as your procedure (it could possibly pull the muscles that he recently attached to provide the lift.)
PS - you’re going to love them. I’m more perky than I was as a teenager. Good luck!

Do you have any links to the recommended bras? What did you do about sizing without your implants?
December 27, 2019
Well, I’m still trying to determine what size I am because of the swelling that remains from the procedure. What he suggests is either bringing in a bra that you currently have to use after the procedure (your follow up day) that tightens from front to back and that also has an underwire and fastens in the back. He prefers that you don’t go down to what you think your size will be because he wants room in the cup so that all areas can heal without rubbing against the bra. I used a bra purchased from amazon (Annette
Women's Strapless Control Bra with Extra Sides Support). The cups on this bra run large - I ordered what I thought would be my size and the cups are larger than usual. I didn’t read the reviews before hand but other than the cups running large - it’s a really good bra. Several of the reviews show where the women went down a cup or so. Even though I went too large on the cup, I mentioned this to him at one of my appointments and he was happy that it worked out that way due to him wanting no friction on the cups.

2 Month Update

Here is right at about 2 months after the Bellesoma procedure. I still have several months to go for the scarring to go away and for my breasts to settle into their permanent positions. I made an all natural body butter that has been assisting with my healing for the aureoles and underneath the folds.

You look great! Can you raise your arms now? Thanks for posting more pictures and updates.
February 11, 2020
Thank you so much. I appreciate that and hope that you are equally satisfied.
February 12, 2020
Yes I can raise my arms more and more each week. I don’t feel any strain within the breast muscles that prohibit me - I’m just leery about going 100%. I’m going to ask at my next appt if I can go back to working out and basically back to my normal routine.

Your all natural body butter seems to be working well! Would you consider selling some or sharing the recipe?
