To say I’m truly delighted with the results is an understatement

Within moments of meeting Mr Marando I knew he was the surgeon for me. He is utterly compassionate empathetic, kind and genuinely an amazing human. Mr Marando has an amazing skill set but not just in the operating theatre, he has a unique skill of reading you and knowing the exact questions to ask to get exactly how you’re feeling and what you’d like. I had breast implant removal with an uplift but Mr Marando also very kindly removed some of my breast tissue to give me smaller breasts, something I’ve longed for for years. Mr Marando’s staff are all also amazing. Tracy answered the door to me on the day of my operation, she is certainly the true meaning of the term ‘ ray of sunshine’. Tracy, showed me everything I needed to know, she chatted to me like we’ve known each other for years, she put me so at ease which was even noted when I was laid on the operating table, that was because of Tracy. I’m eight days post surgery and have had my post operative appointment with Mr Marando, to say I’m truly delighted already with the results is an understatement. I will be eternally grateful and thankful to Mr Marando and his team. And today I, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from them, wow! There are no words. 100% perfection.
