Very Displeased - my breasts are terribly uneven

Dr Gayoso removed my implants and performed a fat transfer about 2 years ago. Not only are my breasts terribly uneven, but there's a "bubble" of skin under my left breast which looks terrible. When I went back to see about having him remove the "bubble," he wanted to charge me. I'd rather pay another plastic surgeon to do the procedure, as I won't spend any more money with Dr Gayoso. His staff was rude and condescending, and the exam rooms are ugly with horrible lighting.
