Explant - 350cc silicone under the muscle
UPDATED FROM FMJ88
8 week update
WORTH IT$2,600
Hi everyone! It’s been forever since I’ve posted an update - I’m sorry! I had my 5 week post op check up and he said everything is healing perfectly. I finally feel like myself again and am so incredibly happy with my decision to explant. It’s all a thing of the past now and I am loving how much better my appearance looks in clothing. I’m not covering up my breasts or having to hide them anymore. I’m back to exactly what I was prior to surgery - a 32A - and am more than happy with it. My nipples don’t have the indentation anymore and I look almost exactly how I did before surgery. I think I was expecting the worst possible outcome (don’t we all) and wish I knew I’d be this happy so I could’ve gotten them out a couple years ago. It’s so cliche to say, but, you live and you learn! To anybody who’s even thinking about explanting - I promise it is worth it.

5 days after breast explant - feeling great!
It’s been 5 days and I’ve never felt better! Currently on the stair master at the gym. Did strictly legs on the nautilus machines. The photos are from day 1 after surgery versus today. Still very small but it’s what I wanted! Sent a Snapchat to my boyfriend earlier while he was out running errands and he said I look sexy! Makes me feel so great. My nipples are a little dented in but I’ve seen that with many explants and they always seem to go back to normal with a little time so I’ll keep you posted on that.

You look great!!! Thank you for your photos updated.
I moved my surgery in Jan 2018. So 3 weeks to go!! Can’t wait
Thank you!!! Ahhh that is great news, you must be so excited! I’m excited for you, definitely keep me posted!
Wow. you look gorgeous!! I explanted as well in October and they just look better and better as the months go by! Great result!
Thank you so much!!! That means a lot! I cannot believe how well the skin retracts even after 2 weeks of explant. Happy to keep seeing changes!
You look fantastic! So happy for you!
Wow, it's so good to hear a story similar to mine! Im also active and cover my breasts up because I'm so embarrassed. They look fine but they do not suit me. And they hurt constantly. I hope to get mine out someday. Do you know yet what size you are now? I'm curious about just how different they are size-wise post explant from natural. Thank you for your post
Hi Comino! How annoying is it to cover your breasts up all the time?! I got to a point where I had enough and just made the decision to get them out. And I am SO glad I did! I feel like myself again and could not be happier! I am a 32A - exactly what I was prior to surgery. I expected to be the same size since I only had them 5ish years and didn’t gain weight or anything! I’m exactly 16 day’s post op today and look almost exactly as I did before implants! It’s crazy how well the skin retracts. I really didn’t have any cleavage before implants and I still don’t today. But I am completely happy with that! Reading all of these explant stories on this site gave me the confidence to move forward with it. Do it once you are ready and I promise you will be completely happy and feel SO much better!!!
you look fantastic!! congratulations on your successful explant - I joined the many happy explanters on the 15th Decemberand couldn’t be happier!!! flat is the new black

Surgery done!
Officially on the other side and couldn’t be happier! The anesthesiologist was running late so there was a little delay. He put the needle in, mask on and before I knew it I was awake! No pain what so ever. The lovely nurse gave me two Tylenol extra strengths to take before I left. 40 minute drive home with the boyfriend was very relaxing. He’s out getting me crackers and some ice packs. My doctor said to put them between my bra and shirt to ease any discomfort from the incisions. He didn’t give me a compression bra or dressing to wear but said I’d be fine to wear a fitting sports bra - not too tight and no wire bras. I am very flat as I expected to be since I was a 32A to begin with but am totally happy with that. I will take some pictures and post them once I’m up and moving around. Tying to catch some Z’s since we were up at 4:50 a.m.

Can’t wait to see your result! Do you have a drain and did the doctor remove your capsule ?
Hello! I didn’t have drains and my doctor left the capsule in because they were so thin! I will post pictures from yesterday in a moment
Awesome to hear, I’ll have mins out in February. How do you feel now?
I feel so much better than I ever imagined! I’m not sore at all anymore. It doesn’t feel like I had surgery at all. If I accidentally hit the incisions it is a sore feeling but nothing unbearable. I’ve showered with no problems, the steri strips should fall off in a couple days. sorry I haven’t posted pictures yet, I’ve been on Cape Cod visiting with my boyfriend’s family for the holidays. Headed to see my family now, I promise to post an update later! Excited to follow your journey...February will be here before we know it.
Thank you for responding to me. I’m so happy for you that your post op is going well. I hope my doctor is as good as yours! I just can’t wait any longer to take them out. They are so annoying!!! Are you happy with your result?
trust me, you’ll be so happy when they are out! I still feel amazing and am content with the results. They’re very flat and sad right now but I know things will look better with time. It honestly doesn’t even feel like I had surgery 4 days ago. No pain meds and not even using Tylenol! Recovery/healing time is nothing compared to when we had them put in! I will post a review update in an hour once I get home. Merry Christmas!!
Thank you so much for saying that !! It makes me feel better and have hope for myself. Merry Christmas to you too. Have a great one and enjoy your new self— the real you. Sending love
