I have 285cc silicone implants, have had x 3 years, and I am finding they are just too darn big for me anymore

I have 285cc silicone implants, have had x 3 years, and I am finding they are just too darn big for me anymore.
I am small, athletic and very very active. While, the implants may seem small comparatively, they seem huge as I get older and I attempt to remain active. I may have gained a few lbs in the last few years, but nothing really substantial (2-3 lbs)
I want to Explant for a smaller size, possible 175'cc.
Does anyone have an suggestions?
Is it really even worthwhile to go as small as 175's? or sh I explant and not replace?
I don't want to be left with Skin tags for breasts after I explant.
