WORTH IT$9,800

Hands down amazing surgeon! He knows what he is doing. My full review and photos are under my profile. Not sure how/why my rating isn't attached to my full review. Dr. Yoo is very skilled and explains what he can do for you. He answers your questions and asks you questions that help him know your expectations. He is kind and genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to be happy. I felt very at ease from the first meeting with him. Sheree, his office manager, is excellent too! I like her a lot.

May i know How much did you pay? I want to remove my implants too.

Hello. Oh, why do you want to remove your implants? Have you had them long? Every one is different so cost is probably different depending on what is needed. My implants were old and had capsular contracture, along with calcified hard areas. He deflated them 5 weeks prior to surgery, then did mastopexy with areola reduction. My price was $10,500. This also helps cover the surgery center and anesthesiologist fees.

What’s been happening:
- I still have some swelling, all normal
- The shower can hit my breasts and not hurt but it’s not a high pressure shower head
- All my stitches are fine and there are only a few very tiny scab areas
- I continue to have tender spots, or I’ll feel twinges if discomfort, mainly where the drain tubes were. It’s like a dull ache/twinge, but it’s very on and off with more off.
My breasts feel softer but still “tight”, which is normal at this stage still. The upper or top of breast swelling has really gone down and my breasts look smaller. I’m very pleased! I’m now allowed to put some silicone gel scar gel or the strips of silicone gel on incisions to aid with scarring, but not on the few tiny scabs. I’ve been cleared for light/low impact exercise, but still cannot sleep on my side and I’m still wearing a bra to sleep in. I feel good and listen to my body so I don’t overdo it. Dr. Yoo is a fantastic surgeon!

OOPS, I meant to say my stitches are ‘gone’ now, not fine.

You look great in your latest photos! Very nice shape from the side and oblique view. You ended up with a good balance of perky and round. I still hate you for your awesome cleavage :)

LOL! Well thanks and I guess I’m not really paying attention to my cleavage. I focus on breast shape and how it has changed and will continue to change. Now I also notice that my stomach looks bigger because my breasts are smaller, but I’ll be working on losing some weight... about 8-10 lbs. I’m 5’2 and 130 lbs. now with small bones. I’ve lost 15 lbs since April. I just like that I no longer have large “water balloon” implants. They were heavy and uncomfortable. When I get my before photos, I’ll post. Only the Dr has those now. I never took photos of my breasts with implants... you can only see how large they had gotten in regular photos with clothes on.

Another week has gone by. Things I’ve noticed:
- Tenderness is not as bad
- Take short showers and keep incisions dry
- Less swelling
- Less bruising
- Breakthrough bleeding after shower yesterday at the ‘T’ part of incision, on right breast only. I’m told this is common, and I think I was feeling less discomfort. So I became a bit too active. It’s like a slow pinhole leak/drip since yesterday, so I’m changing small gauze pads a few times each day. Not sure if a stitch dissolved early or what.
- Continue to take it easy and don’t reach up!! This is difficult when you are only 5’2. I’m using a step ladder just to use the microwave! LOL.
- Sports bras are the most comfortable now. They offer the necessary compression/hold and aren’t too tight near incisions.

Thank you so very much and I apologize for my delayed response. I didn't see my notification for your comment. I am very happy with my result. I'm still swollen in these photos so they will soften and settle and get smaller, but that's OK. Just glad they are out and surgery is over and I'm healing well!
