Breast Explant After 2 Donut Lifts, BII

I am doing taping therapy to help with scars for 3 months. I change them out every week so I snapped a photo before I put more tape on. Areola are still larger than I would like but at this point I just have to accept it. My nipples are also very flat and barely become erect at all. Something I will need to address in the future. For now I think I am healing okay. All the pain I was in experiencing with my breast implants is now gone which makes me happy.

Spoke with my doctor last week and sent in some photos. He said I’m heeling well but there is some skin that my implant stretched out that I will have to tape for up to 6 weeks to help the skin adhere back to the chest wall. I’m feeling so much better without my implants, the pain I was having is gone. Breasts still look a little scary without tape on them but I know it’s gonna take time for Incisions to heal. One areola seems larger than the other but I know it’s early and I’m trying not to obsess over it.

Currently 2 weeks post op. Pain is better. Still wearing compressing bandage at night and underwire bra during the day to help with shaping. Will continue to do tape therapy for 3 months since I don’t scar well.
