Beautiful Perky Boobs - No Implants

I'm a Latina with olive skin and dark brown nipples so I scar differently than someone with fair skin. This made me nervous to get the anchor scar because I didn't know how dark it would remain. I'm a mom of three and breastfed all three so in 2018 I decided to get implants to fill out the stretched skin and to see how my scar would heal. They were much too big for my body 450cc. I'm 5'6" and weigh 120 lbs much of it muscle. They stuck out and it was frustrating to feel like they were eye magnets no matter what I wore. It also hurt to pull my shoulders back and had back pain. I decided in 2020 that I wanted them out. I was okay with how my scars healed so I felt ready to have an anchor scar for a lift.

I am so happy that I went with Dr. Cohen to remove my implants and get a lift (no replacement of implants). I went to other consultations including celebrity ones and I didn't like that they were pressuring me to get implants because of the lack of volume.

Dr. Cohen explained the science behind the procedure which I loved since I found him from his published papers. I appreciate that he stays updated on procedures and research in this area. He also was the only one with a high volume of implants removal and that was a big factor. He took his time in the consultation because we spoke for a solid hour. This is not the norm so that left a positive impression.

We discussed possibly doing fat graft but ultimately decided there wasn't enough fat to make a difference. My surgery was yesterday and I just had my first post-op appointment. At their neighboring spa I received a complimentary blue light treatment for 40 minutes (to reduce swelling and bruising) and a 90 minute oxygen chamber therapy to encourage tissue repair and stem cells. When I saw Dr. Cohen he showed me what they looked like and I wanted to cry from happiness. They are beautiful and we were happy that we didn't do the fat graft because he did such a beautiful job. I haven't noticed any bruising which is amazing and speaks to his talent and precision as a surgeon. My nipples already look super cute. I have natural looking perky breasts which makes my torso look longer and leaner - win win! I couldn't stop smiling and thanking him and his team.

I'd like especially thank nurses Sandra and Esther who were so very kind and helped ease my nervousness leading up to the surgery. They made me feel safe and cared for. Thank you so so much, you are both rockstars.

Scheduling was a breeze with the wonderful Shayla who was super responsive and helpful. I have all of my post op appointments scheduled including one in a week. I can't wait for the six week check up because this is when we will take pictures. I want to share my journey because I know there's not a lot of examples of a Latina getting implants and then removing them and getting a lift. I want to show that our bodies heal just as beautiful.

Dr. Cohen and his team gave me a gorgeous arrangement of flowers which is just icing on the cake because everyone was warm and welcoming.
