Awesome, I had saline breast implants for almost 20 years!

I had saline breast implant for almost 20 years when I went for a review in 2013, I was suggested to change them for a "little bigger' silicone implant for some volume… I went for it but I immediately regretted as they were way to big for my small frame, they were always so cold and in the way; a total discomfort, then came the encapsulation of the left which I had corrected in 2015, then more recently, the encapsulation of the right breast. That’s when I decided to look for a permanent solution: breast implant removal.
I did my research, I saw five (5) plastic surgeons before I went to Dr James Fletcher. I had all kind of proposal for my breasts; the lolly pop, the anchor, the fat transfer, even moving my nipples up, although I was always clear about my visit “removal of the implants” the same way they came in around the areola, no replacement. All off them just wanted to cut under my breast for an easy slip out.
Dr Fletcher amazingly understood exactly what I wanted, I was delighted to be sitting in front of a Dr that was listening, that was compassionate and genuine. When I walked out of his office after the first visit I knew he would be my surgeon. It has been two months since the removal and I am elated with the results, I feel fantastic and I love my new look.
