I Had the Best Experience

I have had the best experience with Dr. Alan González and all his Barranquilla team. Definitely the best decision I could have made! The attention and professionalism before and after my surgery has been the best experience. The support, care and attention before and after surgery is unmatched. And boy, I've had several surgeries but I've never experienced this attention!

I started following Dr. Alan Gonzalez on Instagram thanks to an actor who had a procedure done with the doctor and the exceptional results caught my attention. I saved the information for when I would do my facelift.

With this said, I had been going from doctor to doctor, from specialist to specialist for more than a year and a half, SICK, swollen face and body, hives, psychologist, therapy, many appointments, many studies and they told me everything was fine. But my body was still like this, days were good, days were very bad, with a lot of fatigue, desperation, always feeling bad apart from the whole appearance part that was more than evident, the hives, the itching, swollen, many discomforts. I arrived with one of the many Doctors that I had been seeing, and again no reason found for my sickness. Doctor asks me why don't you check your implants, because we can’t find no other reason for all that you are going through. I make an appointment with a Plastic Surgeon and he tells me more than anything else I believe is also part of fashionable times for this subject, they may be the reason, but not certain. He offered to change the implants but not just remove them because the result might not be favorable apart from the fact that I had to lose weight before being able to have the surgery. I didn't know what else to do or think. I was already desperate, and without hope.

I see that Dr. Alan is an expert in the subject, of explanation and reconstruction, I make my appointment via zoom with the Dr. full of FAITH, that night after my appointment I couldn't sleep from HAPPINESS, and full of gratitude to see the security that Dr. Alan González transmits, with an unmatched experience in the subject! You know that he will do everything for you!

I arrived in Barranquilla, a warm city, beautiful people, very polite, a very pretty city. And the people are the kindest.

The recommendation of the Doctor’s office for hotels in the north area, a safe and comfortable area, we have restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. Apart from the fact that the Dr. has a top-notch team, they had already organized the Dr.'s driver ready to pick up my mother and I from the airport upon my arrival, they took me to my appointment for the pre-op, the day of my surgery they picked me up to take me to the hospital and brought me back to my hotel. After being released a nurse accompanied me for the first 24 hours after my surgery. Then they communicate to schedule daily appointments to follow up with you, which, you are with a driver recommended by the Doctor’s office, a gentleman who is equally trustworthy and kind, and he takes you to and from your hotel. The day after my surgery I was seen by Dr. Alan Gonzalez and his exceptional team. The daily follow-up appointments with massages are incredible and every day you feel better! The best experience! Seeing professionals so passionate about their work inspires nothing but admiration, respect, and gratitude! Thank you Dr. Alan Gonzalez and your entire team! Today I feel like I have lived again!!!
