Just over a year now
I was always looking for year or more updates after I got my implants removed because i wanted to get an idea of where I might be in a year so I'm back to give my year plus update so the girls looking can see what you have to look forward to.
Well I'm still really happy with my outcome. I love my small breasts. I do have a hard time finding bras now but I deal I just wear sports bras and it's all good. I think the trick is to find the halter style bras but they are not easy to find...
Anyway as you can see in my pictures all is good. My left is definitely better than my right but I believe it's because I had issues with a duct in that one years ago ( you can see scar on nipple from surgery ). They removed some of my duct during that surgery and maybe some tissue. Anyway it's not as perky as the left and has an indent still on top inside. I may still have some fat injected in it someday but right now I'm ok with it. I love not having those solid weights on my chest anymore!!! I'm 53 now and they look fine for an old lady like me lol. No more chest pains no more back aches ....so much better!!! So I hope this helps some of you and good luck to everyone on your journeys.

Almost 5 months
Well ladies on the 18th it will be 5 months and I must say I'm still so happy I did this. I'm so much more comfortable and don't miss those things at all! I'm feeling healthier no more pains in my chest I'm sleeping better and my body finally feels like my own. In regard to my recovery well my little breasts are great.... I still see small changes so I'm sure it's going to be a while before they settle to where they will stay. One side is def more fluffy than the other and I still have the indent on my right nipple from my duct surgery years ago, maybe that's why that breast is not fluffing as much? I'm going to wait it out and if in a year they still not even I may have the doctor fill in that scar and a little extra in the pocket I have circled on my pictures. It seems to be more indented right there than on the left so maybe if it fills in there they will look more even. So waiting game but I'm ok with that I love my new little boobies.
Hope everyone is doing well and good luck to everyone on this journey.

Great update jab! So happy to read how very happy you are! it really is such a relief to have it over with and be able to move on healthy and happy isn’t it!? My PS told me that 50% of the healing is done at 6 weeks and the other 50% takes up to a year post op so I’m sure that you will still see some changes as they settle in to their new normal. Congrats on 5 months xo
Thanks blessedat50 .....how are you doing?
Glorious results! So happy for you! <3 :)
Thank you for sharing!! You look great btw!! I've had 2 consults to explant only. One told me not to and get silicone!! I currently have saline for 17yrs. Trying to find the right PS. Hoping real soon.
Brave1281 don't let them convince you to put in new! I feel so much better with them gone, I'm actually annoyed at myself for waiting so long to do it lol. You do what makes you feel good dont let any doctor convince you of anything else. They don't know your full results and neither do you, that first one I saw said mine would look awful if I just removed!! There is a good doc out there somewhere for you, I found an amazing one! Maybe someone on here lives in your area and can recommend someone.... good luck darlin keep us updated. ❤
Thank you ! I live in mass. And I made an appt with the same PS you had explanted with. My appt. Is 7/30. One PS told me the same that I wouldn't like them and my breast would look awful!! I don't know why I've waited so long either lol. Reading everyone's journey has definitely helped my decision to do it. And finally feel free.
That's great you will love Dr. Guenther he is amazing. My friend came with me for one of my follow up appointments and I introduced her to him, she just had a procedure done with him and I saw her the other day and she couldn't stop talking about how great he is and how happy she is with him his staff and her results! He will listen and he really tries to find the best for you not his income!! He has a surgical room in office now too. We waited so long because we were scared of the results!! But your right this site and all the stories and pictures are a guiding light for the ones looking for some guidance, like myself! Def helped me too and I'm so glad I did it. Let me know how you make out.
I will ❤ looking forward to meeting with him!

6 weeks
Well had 6 week yesterday and all is well. Scars healing good using scar cream on them now. Right breast has scar on nipple from a duct surgery that is now dimpling because of loose skin and small breast so I will have to deal with that at 3 month timeline if it's still an issue. Doc says we can fill it with my own fat in office to puff it back out. Otherwise I'm happy with the outcome. I must say it's been hard finding bras and I'm sticking with the sports bra tops for the most part right now. If you look at the new pics I found a cut triangle shaped bra top with a little padding but if you look close at one of the side pics you can see gap up top because of no upper pole. I'm sure their is a bra out there somewhere so I'll keep looking but it's not going to discourage me from my decision, I am so much happier now they are out..I feel more like myself. And not sure but I haven't had a migraine in 6 weeks and I was getting them weekly before. My aches in chest and shoulders are gone. My ibs is better and it's only been 6 weeks I can only imagine how much better I will feel in a year!!! Thank you everyone for your help and support I couldn't have done it without you.

That’s wonderful you haven’t had migraines in six weeks!
How are you doing? Feeling? I’m six days out and look almost identical to your results so I’m crossing my fingers at six weeks I look as good! Thank you for sharing.
Hi JustMe21 I'm doing great thank you. I feel so much better these days and funny thing happened yesterday I went to a yearly appointment and doc said to me we need to ck your weight loss I said I haven't lost any weight...he said yes u have u look thinner ... I laughed I said yeah my implants gone! He said ohhhh didnt realize but maybe that's it. Now I know I dont look so top heavy anymore lol.
Anyway how are you doing? I hope well and I hope your happy with the outcome so far. Take care and I'll post an updated pic soon.

That’s great! I also feel...lighter and thinner. Funny how much giant breasts can add to your overall frame. I’m a little over two and a half weeks out now and am doing much better. Still crossing my fingers, massaging with oils, etc. but I’m glad to hear everything is good with you!
