Removal of 10 Year Old 525cc Implants

Hi all,
Thank you for being part of this brilliant forum.
Reading all of your reviews has really supported me in the build up to explanting my breast implants, and kept me strong now that I am on the other side.
I am only a week post op, I had a basic removal without any lift or replacement.
My implants were 10 year old, 11 this year, and the Allergan textured, 525cc.
I originally had them in to fill out my own breasts as a pose to an uplift. This worked ok
And the breasts appeared slightly lifted with the implants in and provided fullness. I went from around 34c/d to a 34f which fluctuated throughout 3 pregnancies over the past ten years. My weight has also fluctuated massively and I am currently 8 stones, was 12 stone after my middle child for a couple of years but went to 8 after my final pregnancy. I was around 16 stone in my first pregnancy And managed to get back down to around ten stone after. So there’s been a lot of fluctuation which worried me regarding the outcome of removing the breast implants.
I was told by a couple of surgeons that I would be flat chested following implant removal, I presume to the weight loss. They advised to replace with smaller sized but I believe in BII and that was the main reason to remove the implants, therefore replacing was not an option.
Other surgeons suggested I would go back to my original
C cup maybe b/c due to weight loss. & suggested me to have implant removal and taking a wait and see approach with regards to the option to have an uplift down the line, as this would allow time for my skin and tissues to retract hopefully to some degree, and be able to clearly see what I’m left with.
I was told that the results would not be aesthetically pleasing as I would have some stretched skin and low sitting areola which also stretched a lot. I think it was the most sensible thing to remove the implants only to begin with.
So far I have tried to not keep looking at the breasts, but when I did look on day 4 they looked not as bad as they could of, but they did look very squashed and a little concave at the top of my chest, but I did still have some tissues, which look to be in the b/c cup range. I’m not sure how this will change overtime, if at all but I have mixed emotions over the results so far. They may be ok in a good bra but the areola are very low And that’s the worst part for me. I have seen similar results on here, and some have actually retracted a little higher upon the skin shrinking I guess, but I’m not sure if I’ll be lucky enough to have that, here’s to hoping though.
Once well enough I will be doing chest exercises and using some breast creams to try and improve the overall look. Worst case scenario is id end up having an uplift but 1 I do not want that due to scarring & other complications and 2 I would possibly then lose a cup size and be even smaller meaning the implant replacement discussion would be there again, and I really do not want any more implants!

I will post some pictures, later in the week, if I’m feeling brave enough.
