Checking why I have so much pain

Had a consultation with another Dr. I do have thread stitches (hopefully all of them have been removed) and that’s creating keloids. And the keloids scars are the ones generating pain.
he gave me several options, laser sessions or surgery. I have to analyze what’s best for me and if I can afford it.
Look this is how I look.

Shocked when a stitching thread was removed after 6 months. Apparently I have more stitching threads.

3 months after my surgery I started having pain in my scars I told the doctor and he told me to use a KitosCell. He lives in Mexico and I wasn’t able to travel until July.
Had an appointment with Dr Meza and I was kinda of surprised when he reviewed my scars and told me: “I’ll remove a thread which is still here”
In my mind my words were: WHAT????
Then one month after that medical checkup I have been having PAINFUL pain in my breast scars, I’ve tried to reach him with no answer. Send him message to his phone and tried to contact his assistant with no answer. I’m really disappointed. Feel like: “I’ll take care of your questions as long as you we’re about to have surgery”.
Is the first time in my life that I’m having keloid scars, I have had other surgeries and NEVER happened.
Last week I was checking my breast and felt like a crust, believe or not it is similar as the one I had on that appointment where the doctor he’ll remove a thread which is still here.
One more thing: when I planned my surgery I asked for a liposculpture, he NEVER EVER mentioned he will do a mini-lipectomy and leave me a huge scar. In that moment I was in so much pain that I though he did what he had to, BUT I honestly think he SHOULD have told me and I was the one to decide if I wanted that scar or not.
I’m gonna find a new doctor to check on crust, I’ll let you know if it was another piece of stitching thread.

After one month, apparently doing good BUT…

After one month everything seems to be doing good, in February I started feeling pain in my scars.
