Breast Implant Reduction with Lift , Liposculpture and Abdominal/Obliques Etching

I had my first implant surgery 1997 size 300 with a Dr. I don't remember his name, in 2016 change it to 550, with Dr. Alfredo Meza in Mexico City , he was very honest and advise me that increasing it, I might have some problems in the future, but I told him I wanted to take the risk and I did. At the beginning I LOVE THEM, but this year I started having pain in my arms, back, shoulders and neck, uncomfortable sleeping, and I felt my overall health decline. Besides I stop working out, due to a screw on my right foot that my body started rejecting and I couldn't remove it due to Covid, til last Thursday Dec-17th, but I gain weight.

After a one year research, different doctors. I decided to remove my implant, however I don't want to end up flat. I'm actually living in Miami, FL and had several phone calls with Dr. Alfredo Meza, and decided to program a breast implant removal for tomorrow. Since I don’t remember the size of my breast, Dr. Alfredo Meza will remove my big implants, and depending on how much muscle i have he will evaluate if I should put a small implant with lift or just remove and lift.

Besides, considering that I will be under anestesia I asked him for a liposculpture and obliques/abdominal etching, I'm not fat, but I do have some. Dr. Alfredo says that I'm a good candidate to have an obliques/abdominal etching, so I'm looking forward to it, but still afraid of the extreme pain that I will have.

Dr. Alfredo Meza has been very friendly, respectful and honest.

Today in the morning I started having a scared, nervous crisis, I was about to cancelled my surgery. I called Dr. Alfredo and he helped me to evaluate all the pro's and contr's. After a nice conversation, I decided to go ahead, so I will be having my surgery in a few hours, I’m scared cuz I have read that I will be under a lot of pain, but at the same time happy.

After surgery

Meh4ever
As I wrote in on my first post. I started with the pain of having big implants this year. Moment I started with the pain, moment that I immediately went to two doctors, (for a second opinion) Both of them told me that the pain was related to the size of my implant. Since now I live in Miami I visited different doctors, but at the end I decided to have my surgery with the doctor that put my 550 implants and I'm extremely happy I took that decision.

I end up having a 280 implants change, breast lift, lipo sculpture with Abdominal/Obliques Etching.

When Dr Alfredo Meza was preparing me for the surgery I remember telling him that if after removing my implants my upper breast was plunged, please fill it in, because my first idea was to remove the 550 implants to take the everyday pain away.

I’m not sure how many hours have passed after surgery. I thought I would be in a LOT of pain but I’m having less pain than expected. The pain is similar to the one I had after one day of hard workout at the gym after not going to the gym for months. Probably my IV has some painkiller medication. I'll ask the doctor when he comes.

I'm spending the night at the clinic, btw nice place, with extreme sanitation, everybody here has been very nice and the have very good technology equipment. I'm not an expert on equipment, but I was afraid of the anesthesia process, but as soon as a saw all the high technology equipment, and meet all the other team doctors at the surgery room I felt calm.

As for now I'm hungry, I am on a liquid diet. My stomach is making a lot noise, that confirms that I am hungry, very hungry, extremely hungry, so to avoid that feeling I’m drinking lots of water (so far 1 liter). Fortunately, Dr Alfredo put me an urinary catheter, so i don’t have to walk to the bathroom. Unfortunately, the feeling of satiety is short-lived, so I keep drinking water.

I'll get some more rest. Looking forward to see my body, for now I am bandaged and I can only see part of my lower abdomen and part of my new breast, so far I like how it looks.

Day 3: tired and sleeping

Surgery 3
Dr. Alfredo Meza recommended me to stay at a recovery house hosted by a very nice lady, who makes life simple (meals, medicines, and handles all the cures that have to be done after the surgery). So yesterday she picked me up once the doctor told me I was good to go and rest.

Before leaving the clinic the doctor changed my bandage. He says I’m swollen and will put a girdle by Thursday, but for now I have a tight bandage. I'm feeling very tired, I have been sleeping a lot.

This is how I look yesterday.
