42-yr-old Breast Fat Transfer from Thighs

Dr. Smith's office was the first to contact me after my inquiries about breast fat transfer (to a few offices) and he was able to see me very soon. His staff was very professional and caring. He was very down-to-earth and was realistic about my results. I am also a doctor and he did not dumb down anything for me and answered all my questions realistically (for example, he said the fat grafts might not take) - yet I was already aware of that. This is not a cheap procedure and please be reasonable with your expectations. The day of my surgery went by swimmingly. I am in some pain but I think it was worth it. As a thin Asian with small (yet perky) breasts I think this is the best "natural" breast enhancement you can do. He asked me to do a mammogram beforehand which is absolutely reasonable. It showed that I have "very dense" breast tissue. It is obviously too early to tell the full results of my procedure but I will be updating this post!
