Breast fat transfer

I have been unhappy with my boobs after I finally stopped breast feeding and shed baby weight. I spent 26 months breast feeding and it did a number on my perky pre-baby boobs. When I went for my consult, I knew I didn't want implants and I actually thought I needed a lift. My dr said a lift was not necessary and that a fat transfer is what he would suggest. I also wanted to know if a tummy tuck would help my stubborn pouch on my belly and loose skin from pregnancy. He said there was no way he would cut me and put a scar that size on me when my body looked the way it did. I am the definition of skinny fat. I'm only 105 lbs but everything on me jiggles. So for lipo, he told me if he took from my stomach that it would just make my skin looser but if we took from my flanks that he could contour my figure. I was very optimistic and appreciated his honesty and that he didn't want to do something unnecessary to my body. I am 4 1/2 days post surgery and enjoying my results. I had 450 cc's of fat removed and 160 was put in each breast. My goal wasnt super huge boobs, it was to have them look fuller at the upper pole. Surgery was seamless. I was a ball of nerves but the staff was great, I went in and woke up and was comfortable. Apparently it took 4 nurses to get me to stop turning on my side and they were humored someone my size required 4 of them. The nurse joked with my husband about it when they called to go over aftercare instructions asking if I wrestled him at home lol. I was comfortable the first night but the pain was worse the next morning and day 3 even worse than 2. Day 4 had been okay, but I'm still taking the pain meds, I'm down to 2 pills a day. I mostly don't like the way I feel on them and I'm a mom to 2 little kids so I want to be present. I still seem to be quite swollen especially at the lipo sites and my abdomen seems to be quite bloated, I actually gained 5 pounds since surgery. I try to drink a gallon of water a day so hopefully I am flushing my lymphatic system. One thing I found weird about my surgeon is that he did not recommend a compression garment. My follow up appointment is in two days and I'm going to ask why. I'll update at the one week mark!
