Very Professional

I have only had a preliminary consultation so far, and it was a very positive experiecne. Dr Riaz is very communicative and I felt like the whole thing was very professional from start to finish, with even a chaperon with us in the examination room. I have also been pleased to see that the doctor took many notes to understand exactly what I was hoping for, and sent to me afterwards to check that they were correct. I had a good feeling with him, which is all I can say so far as the operation hasn't happened yet! But I feel less stressed about it than I did before, when I intended to go with another surgeon whose bedside manner wasn't as convincing and whose explanations weren't as clear and patient.
