Have a lot of bruising in my breast, but the look so big and amazing

Yesterday I had breast fat transfer and liposuction 360 (to my abdomen, hips, braw line)
I arrived at 6:30 am to Gayoso's medical centre and was greeted by a lovely nurse.
Then I spoke with Dr Gayoso who is such a lovely and funny person! Answered all my questions and then he proceeded to mark my body.
They then took me into the operating room and that was the last thing I remember.
I woke up really confused by the anaesthesia. The nurse there I believe was in a hurry as she said to me that I had to get up as she needed the room for another patient.
I didn't feel as sore yesterday afternoon but the pain really started to kick in at night. I'm in a lot of pain still mainly when I stand up but then it kind of goes away. Im taking all my meds and I really look forward to Friday when I get my garment off and I get to see my body. I have a lot of bruising in my breast but the look so big and amazing. I really how most of the day stays but only like 70% will stay.
I would say the most painful parts are my breasts and my back.
I'm so glad I chose Dr Gayoso. I did so much research and he is the best one in Tampa Bay Area. My mom was with me and he explained everything to her (as she was very nervous) in Spanish!

Today is my second day after surgery and oh my god. I’m in so much pain. My back is the worst. My breasts are also so sore and bruised. Everything hurts right now but the good thing is that I have stopped leaking.
It’s really difficult to sleep as the pain is so strong.
