Lipo with fat transfer, 36 year old African American mom, breastfed 3 kids

3 week update

WORTH IT$7,000
It’s been 3 weeks today and I’m feeling pretty good. I still have some numbness in my back and flanks...that’s where I had the Lipo, and it still feels tight. My boobs look good! They’ve settled some, so I’ve lost some volume. The right has gone down more than the left...which was expected because it was smaller. He put more in the right to try to even them out, but it didn’t work. It’s ok tho! I’m happy with them...I just hope and pray they don’t get any smaller tho.

Impressive results! I’ve seen a lot of breast fat transfers on here but (to me at least) it never looks as if it makes a big difference. Yours looks like it worked as well as implants. Save that surgeons number, I’d be using him for everything
Thank you! Yeah they really did look like implants at first. They've settled some so they look more natural now. So far, I'm pretty happy with them
Your shape looks great! I bet you're really happy.
Thank you! They've gotten a bit smaller but they're better than they were, so I'm kind of happy with the results.
They look really natural and fit your figure. Hopefully they’ll stay that way. I would be really happy with the results if I were you.
Love your results! I was considering Your doctor but the idea of being awake is a bit unnerving. May I ask on a scale of 1 to 10 how was the pain during the procedure? If you have any major tattoos or piercings was it worse? Also any new updates? How are they looking now? Hope all is well. Happy Holidays!
Thank you! I would say it was about an 8. It was pretty painful, mainly in my lower back because I didn't have a lot of fat there. I wanted him to do my stomach but he refused. I was also very athletic, I put on weight for the surgery, and he said my fat was very fibrous and he had a hard time getting it out. Injecting the fat behind my nipples was extremely painful too. Probably the worst part. I don't think I'd do it again
Hey there ! Any updates ?

I Day after surgery

This was the day after surgery. Extremely swollen and sore, especially where I got lipo, but my boobs look really good. They’re starting to settle down a little bit. I hope they don’t go down too much.

Wow you look amazing! I also have three that I breastfeed. But my stomach doesn't look awesome like yours. I will definitely need a tummy tuck and breast lift since I had twins. Keep posting your progress. Thanks.
Thank you! I could use a tummy tuck, too! He suggested it but I didnt want to do it. I still have some loose skin and a pouch, but I’m ok with it
Ccs of fat per side?
360 on the left and about 450 on the right because it was smaller. I’ve lost more in the smaller side tho, so they’re still uneven lol

Before and After of Fat transfer to breasts

So I had my fat transfer on 6/21/19, after researching for many years. I decided on Dr. William Seare because he had some great before and after pics on his website and Instagram. I also got a really great deal: they had a promo lotion for 4 areas of lip, with fat grafting for only $7000, so I had to jump on that. He only does awake anesthesia for all of his procedures. That’s part of why he’s able to keep his prices so low. I was initially excited about it, because I didn’t think I’d feel anything...boy was I wrong! He used a lot of numbing medication but I could still feel it. He said I had really fibrous fat so it made it more difficult to remove. It was very painful...and it was definitely more than just pressure. So far, I’m happy with the results. They look really good! I hope I’m able to retain a majority of the fat. He also included 5 free hyperbaric oxygen treatments that’s supposed to help with recovery/retention. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. I absolutely loved his staff. They made me feel very comfortable. The only negative is just I would’ve preferred to have been put to sleep lol.
