I recently had a breast augmentation with fat grafting in Sydney by Dr Sepehr Lajevardi. He made me feel so comfortable and was very informative. I HIGHLY recommend him and l am so happy with the results post surgery.

What was your fat retention like? Did you go up a bra size? How much (im in Aus too) . Thanks in advance for your feedback. I have mild tuberous breasts and hoping to avoid breast implants. It's not so much my size but my shape I'd like to change (less pointy, more lower pole and a little cleavage would be glorious)
Hi lovely, I went from a size A-B to around a D, including everything I paid just under $10K, the fat grafting is great for altering the shape and size, I’d recommend having a consultation with Dr Sepehr Lakevardi, he did an amazing job and explained everything so well, hope this helps goodluck! :)
