Fat Transfer and Scar Revision with Wonderful Results

The new scar around the areola could be mistaken with normal skin. It keeps getting better every day.
The armpit lipo performed also helped improve the overall look.
My right breast barely had any volume in the lower pole, it was pretty much just the nipple pointing downward. Not anymore!

It's been almost three months since my surgery with Dr. Burns and I couldn't be happier with the body he gave me. It was worth coming all the way from Europe to see him.
A year ago I had my implants removed with some fat transfer, which was only enough to stop my boobs from turning concave. But they were mostly loose skin, no volume. My before picture is from right after the first fat transfer. I had even less right before my surgery with Dr. Burns but I was too embarrassed to take any pictures.
What I wanted was a scar revision around the areola, a small donut lift on one side to have both areolas at the same height and fat transfer. Many other surgeons told me it should be done in different procedures or tried to convince me to get implants again. Dr. Burns was the only one who had the expertise to do it all at once with the certainty of good results while addressing my health concerns.
My breasts are more symmetrical, the new periareolar scars are so much better looking and smaller. Now I am at least two cup sizes bigger (from AA to C), and also have a fuller upper pole. Something that I didn't request but I'm crazy about is the new shape of my body. He sculped me into a gorgeous hourglass shape.
I have no lumps in my breasts. On the contrary, they are quite soft and bouncy. My lipo areas have no irregularities. The scars from the canula are tiny, half of them have faded already. He even suggested doing lipo on my bra roll, which has always bothered me but I didn't even think to bring that up. No more bra roll! Dr. Burns attention to detail is remarkable. 
I would like to point out that the operating room is quite modern with big windows with a view. It stood out from the usual four walls and only artificial light. I was out in a matter of minutes but that image stayed with me. That and the friendly small talk with the anesthesiologist got rid of any hint of anxiety left.
Lanie was also very helpful and sweet during the pre and post op. I am very grateful to her and the rest of the team. It was overall a very good experience with an incredible outcome.
