WORTH IT
I did lose more volume :( but overall the shape of everything after 6 weeks still seems incredible. All the super hard lumps are gone thank goodness. Im convinced that the body heals faster the second time around. The area on my side next to my breasts was lipo’d for the first time this go around and those lumps are taking much longer to resolve. Dr Solomon did a killer job on my curves! Everyone loves them, I love them!! I think I’m suppose to shrink even more as the healing continues and that’s mind blowing!

In the photos I cant really notice much of a change since last week which is great I suppose meaning I'm not really losing much volume. I did notice a slight drop though which is expected. There is a lot less swelling now and I'm not concerned about the lumps anymore most of them have or will resolve with continued usage of the foams at night

It’s two weeks post op and the swelling and stiffness has subsided a little. If i wear a faja thats too tight and sit at work I’ll have creases and fluid pockets. The massages really help relieve those hard lumps and makes me feel soo much better after. I got super worried because of all the lumps but at night I wear a larger sized faja thats still snug with an ab board and wake up to no lumps. I feel like they come and go and will resolve themselves. My breasts are super noticeable now with the swelling going down. No one noticed before but in the past two days people have been asking if I had a boob job done even though i was only a half cup smaller before.

Wow, you ended up with a very even lipo job, and killer breast projection. I would like to borrow some banked fat for my butt, as it is flat as a board. Maybe I the future they will be able to grow some test tube fat, LOL. I did like that your PS did lipo on the side of your breasts. I would have liked to have some of that done as well. Oh well, that will be for next time. It's funny what co-workers notice. After I went down 3 cup sizes after my explant, they just assumed that I lost more weight, hahaha. Loose tops a few months before surgery worked like camo clothing :)

Haha loose tops all the way!! Yessss he did do the side of my breasts which was a great recommendation by my PS. Im so glad you noticed lol. Yes please do take my fat haha this is actually my second round and my surgeon was awesome at getting all the little spots that bothered me after my first round. Were you thinking of a bbl and breast fat transfer? Def not recommended at once haha you wouldnt be able to lay down.

Not sure I would have enough fat for both. I pointed out to my PS that he could take some of my inner knee fat and he just looked at me and said 'and where would you have me place this teaspoon of fat', hahahaha. I thought that was a pretty funny comment for him to make.

I do have a question for you. What is the Faja that you are wearing? Are you short or long-waisted? I am very short-waisted for my height, so I am having a problem finding the right compression garment.
