Not much volume, my surgeon couldn’t find enough fat so he only injected 200cc in each breast. I like how they look now minor change but still very good compared to the pancake boobs i had. I just hope I don’t lose all the fat and end up with nothing.

Fat transfer after explant
31 years old with no kids. Explanted two years ago, lost weight and lost all breast tissue with it. Told my doctor I don’t want any volume i just want my nipples not to be wrinkly.
I didn’t want to have the fat grafter from my thighs or stomach instead we grafted from my stubborn fat problem area my flanks and back rolls.
This is the second day post op and i feel my back is absolutely swollen and very painful to touch or to sleep.. so i’m taking a loooootttt of painkillers. Tomorrow i remove the bandages so fingers crossed :)))
