My fat transfer to breast gave me no volume, I ended up with an expensive procedure with no gains. Instead, I now have an irregularity on my outer thigh from the fat liposuction procedure that is part of fat transfer.
My results are disappointing. Industry standards report a minimum of 50% of grafted fat typically was retained, in my case it was 0. None of the 225cc transfered to each breast survived. I was told my surgery would take a couple hours, instead I was not out of the operation theater for 8.5 hours.
Dr Ulm's bedside manner is impeccable. But my results are not. I was assured with a healthy muscle I am a better candidate than most to sustain fat transfer, but it's not how things played out. I am sad from the outcome and cannot recommend this.
