Getting ready for round #2

$6,501
I decided to get another round done. My breasts won't be much bigger as I don't have a lot of fat to graft but more to fill the upper pole and create a bit more cleavage. Surgery at the beginning of February. I will be getting lipo on my thighs and knees with a transfer of hopefully another 150mL/cc to each side.

I have no issues with the fat that was transferred and my recent mammogram stated I have very dense breasts. Perfectly normal.

What was the cost for round 2?
$100 less.
did you have round 2? How did it go?
I started going back to the gym and lost an inch. I didn't want to go through all that again just to lose it if I go back to the gym so I got implants. I'll make a different post. If I had at least another 250-300 cc of fat to transfer to each breast I would have gone the transfer route but that's wasn't possible.

I am glad I got the fat transfer though. I have a waist, my banana folds are gone and my back is trim. Plus the fat will hide the implant better and make it look more natural.

Overall happy :)
My incision sites are closed. My breasts feel and look great, no issues. The only issues I have are the hematoma on my left side and my lower back. The hematoma continues to get smaller and softer. My lower back is still numb in some areas, inflamed and bruised. When I move my lower back it gets hot to the touch and is painful. I am still wearing compression during the day and alternate between surgical compression and Spanx. I tried other brands but I had sizing issues or the product did not compress all my lipo areas. I follow up with my MD in October. I will decide then if I want to have another round of fat transfer.
Past measurements
Chest 36"
Breast 37"
Waist 32"
Current measurements
Chest 32"
Breast 35"
Waist 29"

Did your breasts actually get smaller after the procedure or is that a typo?
It's not a typo, with the fat on my back relocated to my breasts, my measurements have drastically changed. There was only an inch difference prior to surgery and now there is a three inch difference after surgery.
According to most bra shopping sites, (which almost all of them tell me different sizes :/) each inch of difference equals a cup size increase. For example, VS says I am now a 32C, other sites say I am a 34B. My bra size before was a 36A. They are all sister sizes so I'm taking bra sizing with a grain of salt. I can tell you that none of my CK 36A bras will fit, they are too small.
Hi. I can see the difference before and after I liked it! How is your retention at this Point? How much was the procedure total cost? Thanks
The cost is listed with the review $6,501. My retention is great. I really think it depends on the quality of the fat.
Hi any updates? When did you notice your final size? I’m almost two weeks out and I hope they don’t change much.
Looking back, the final size was there at around 6-8 weeks. The swelling took time to completely go away and for them to settle into their final shape.
Do you have pics before ?
Yes, they are the pics before the surgery pics.

2 weeks and a day

My bruising on my breasts is almost completely gone and two of the 8 incision sites are closed. I'm happy with the results so far!
My only down side is my lipo sites on my back and flanks still hurt, are swollen and numb. I ended up getting a hematoma. Noting to do with my surgeon, just the un-luck of the draw.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I hope your end results will be great. Is hematoma recoverable?
Thanks! So far I'm really happy with them. Counting down to the 3 month mark.
Yes it is. Ice, compression and rest. My body will reabsorb the blood. It is already getting smaller and softer.
Thank you for your answer. Good luck in your recovery. I'm happy that it is recoverable
