WORTH IT
They were actually looking very good just 11 days after the surgery :) I was suprised by the results. My lower back was swollen and a little numb at that time.
It has been 4 weeks and they look now a little bit smaller (I will post more uptodate photos). I am still swollen and I feel discomfort on my back when I stretch.
I am not exercising yet but I walk at least 5km everyday. I actually started to walk just one day after the surgery to reduce the swelling.

Post sugery period was much easier than I thought. I know that some people in the community suffered from severe pain especially in the liposuction areas. So I believe what you experience really depends on your body and the amount of the fat removed. Before the surgery I exercised, ate healthy food, did not smoke or drink as suggested. I am sure this preperation helped me to recover fast. I was pretty much back to the normal life after a week. And the pain I had was like the muscle ache I have after an intensive power yoga class!
My left breast was always smaller than the right one so my surgen grafted 280cc to my left and 320cc to my right breast.
Immedietly after the explantation I started to feel better! The tension in my chest and on my back was not there anymore :) the big suprise was regaining the nipple sensation!
One week after my body was still very swollen. I took arnica montana (3xday) and Bromelain (2xday) for 2 weeks after the surgery.

I’m thinking about doing this. Remove my implants and do a small fat transfer. I want to do this before I decide to get pregnant.

In 2016 after a sudden weight lost my breasts lost all of their volume and sagged. I hated how they looked and decided to get implants.. which I regret immediately after.
I am petite and have an active life style. At that time I was exercising yoga intensively and getting ready to be a certified yoga instructor. I wanted to have natural looking B cup breasts, which would not impact my life style. My that time surgeon did not pay attention to my needs. I guess he even did not really listen to me. He told me that in order to bring the volume needed he would place 295cc implants to each breast (under muscle). The experience after the operation was horrible. I had strong back pain, lost the sensation in my nipples, ended up having C cup breasts and my implants negatively impacted my yoga practice. I gained weight, hated my implants and suffered from back pain for 2.5 years....
I knew that I had to get rid of them but I was scared of the post-surgery process and the potential results. I visited my surgeon only to hear that he would recommended replacing my implants with a smaller size instead of removing them. He told me I would be unhappy and regret. He did not get how unhappy I already was.
I joined the realself community, read the experience of others and finally gained the courage to remove my implants :) After a long research and visiting several doctors and I took my decision and got operated 3 weeks ago. I am ready to share my experience to inspire others!

It’s sad right. All these women (including myself) get down an active beautiful lifestyle where we love ourselves but then get breast implants when we already were healthy and living our best lives
