Decided to lower my review based on many lipo irregularities

I think Dr Chase did a good job on my fat transfer and breast lift, however I have been very disappointed in the liposuction results I got. Many places I paid extra to lipo specifically the legs show very little reduction. My biggest upset is my waist. It looks like more fat was taken from one side than the other. I know they cannot promise some irregularity but I think this much of a difference is very obvious and you can definitely tell when I wear form fitted close. I mentioned it to him at my 2 month follow up but I kinda felt blown off as they did not ask me to follow up in 6 months. It was only if I needed to see him. If I had it to do over again I would have not asked him to liposuction my leg area as I think he ran out of time as my surgery was 5 hours long. The breast lift, lipo, and fat transfer were to many things at once. But I am not the doctor he should have realized that was to many areas to cover.

6 week update
It’s been 6 weeks and I can tell my breasts are smaller but hopefully it’s just the swelling that has gone own.

how much did you pay for lipo and transfer in total? do you know if it cost more per area of lipo?
My entire procedure was a little over 14k. That included a breast lift, fat transfer, and lipo of flanks , stomach, side hip, inner knee, and back of the thigh. Yes the more areas you get lipo adds to the price. My original quote was 12k until I added lipo to thigh area. The best fat to get your fat for transfer is the flanks and back of thighs. That fat has the highest retention rate. :)
Wondering if you can post a few recent pics? Did you retain most of your fat in the upper pole area?

Yes quite a bit of fat was used 600 ccs one side 650 on the other. Don’t be scared. Just find a surgeon who has actual fat transfer experience. Ask them if they use the revolve system. It has about a 70% retention rate.

the revolve system is the name of the fat transfer system they use. The harvested fat is put in this device and it spins the fat and separates the best fat cells from blood, fluid etc.
