After a year, still very happy and maintained a cup B. No more A’s for me. Volume
Is still there even though I lost some weight because of my profession as a group fitness Instructor. Before my surgery I did my best to gain weight so Dr Hagstrom can harvest some fats on areas where he said he would take it. I would love to have another round of breast fat transfer to get a cup C but I would have to save some money for it. Lipo on inner things, torso, abdomen and armpit all completely healed. Still have the marks for lipo holes but I know in time those will all go away. Truly worth it than having breast implants.

Breasts are still looking full and am loving my results. From an A cup to B cup or small C. Photo shown on top, I’m not wearing bra at all but you can see my cleavage. I love it! Lipo on full abdomen is still tender but I can feel pain is going away. One more month and I’ll have my 3 month post op appt with Mr Hagstrom. For exercise, I started taking yoga classes 3x a week. Not on high carb diet anymore, I lessened my carb intake now, still drinking lots of water and doing warm compress on breasts. This procedure for me is so worth it!!!

Looking amazing. I am looking into fat transfer to breasts too but with a lift. I want my arms, back, stomach and flanks liposuctioned. Worried all the liposuction plus breasts will be too much. Hope your lipo areas are healing well.

Thank you so much @6945anon :) the best areas to harvest fats are in the abdomen and inner thighs. Rate of fat cells survival is great based on what I read online and on here as well. Cost of the procedure is worth it :) Lipo areas are healed on the thighs, armpit, and arms but abdomen and torso I can still feel pain but tolerable. I'm attending yoga and Pilates classes to strengthen my core. Good luck with your plans on fat transfer. Forgot to mention, I am petite and live a very active lifestyle that's why not much fats taken on abdomen, armpit, torso and arms, what I did to gain some fats to prep for surgery was I ate high carbs and low sugar. I gained fats in my inner thighs. Thankfully.

Breasts had gone down a little but I still love the volume of my new breasts. I said yes to breast fat transfer because it looks really natural, safe and no autoimmune disease that you’ll get from implants. Lipo areas especially abdomen and torso are still very tender. Did my own lymphatic massages and it helped a lot. Check out some YouTube vids for it. Things I am doing to make sure fat cells transferred stays - high carb diet, warm (not hot) compress 10-15min 2-3x a day, drinking a gallon of water and I am not wearing any tight bras. No physical activity for me for 4 weeks and this time I started my daily walks for 40min to an hour at the park. Gained some weight but that’s normal after having lipo surgery. Still not taking any photos of the lipo areas because it still looks swollen and per doctors advice “stay away from mirror” hahaha...and I did! Dr Hagstrom is da bomb!
