June 16, 2019 was my surgery day. Right from the batt when I contacted Dr Matts office on a Sunday afternoon, April 7, 2019 @ 2:06pm, I immediately got a phone call back and missed it but he then sent me a text message. We converse via texting and based on his answers to my questions, I get right away his sincerity and knowledge about the procedure. I really planned on having the procedure done when kids are off school during summertime. I had my free physical consult with him on April 23rd. I told him that I've yet to see 2 other doctors in the field but that didn't happen anymore because my gut is telling me that I'm already talking to the SF's FINEST. May 7th, I finalized everything with him and his amazing staff Darin. Dr Matts Hagstrom is the most straightforward plastic surgeon you'll ever meet, he doesn't promise, he doesn't under deliver, he's all about the truth and the outcome to help you with your decision. He has immense experience in the field. He explained everything to me clearly. His honesty is what I truly love about him that's why I chose him. He said "The best patients for Breast Fat Transfer are people who could benefit from liposuction in the first place and what the added benefit of some breast enlargement. The biggest drawback is the limit to how much bigger the breast can be made. The results from fat transfer look very natural. This means if a woman has droopy breasts to start with they will still be droopy after but larger. Be careful for people who show really amazing results. If pictures are taken early the results are way way bigger than what can be achieved long-term.
You can get about a 50% increase in breast size for some possibly doubling the breast size. Going from a B cup to a D cup is not possible." Photos attached are the morning of my surgery.

So sorry guys I am too slow for the update and really waited only this time to share my experience. Anyways, had my surgery on 6/16/2019, after 3 days, I am able to take off compression clothing per Dr Hagstrom’s order. Fat cells taken from abdomen (full), torso, armpit, and arms but not enough fats so inner thighs were targeted and voila I have so much fats in there. Woohoo! Overall fats taken from areas are about 780cc. Photos are taken 3 days after surgery.
Lipo areas are still very swollen. I’m focus more on my breasts and will post photos of lipo 3 months post op which will be on 9/16/2019
Overall experience with Dr Hagstrom is AMAZEBALLS! I just love him!

Breasts had gone down a little but I still love the volume of my new breasts. I said yes to breast fat transfer because it looks really natural, safe and no autoimmune disease that you’ll get from implants. Lipo areas especially abdomen and torso are still very tender. Did my own lymphatic massages and it helped a lot. Check out some YouTube vids for it. Things I am doing to make sure fat cells transferred stays - high carb diet, warm (not hot) compress 10-15min 2-3x a day, drinking a gallon of water and I am not wearing any tight bras. No physical activity for me for 4 weeks and this time I started my daily walks for 40min to an hour at the park. Gained some weight but that’s normal after having lipo surgery. Still not taking any photos of the lipo areas because it still looks swollen and per doctors advice “stay away from mirror” hahaha...and I did! Dr Hagstrom is da bomb!
