I’m going on for my second round! The lipo on my outer thighs didn’t give the results I was looking for.

This continues to be the best thing I've ever done & at 7 weeks post I'm starting to think I'm at my finalish size, for my breasts anyway. Right one still bigger, but in person it's less noticeable than in the photos. I'm wearing a 34B or 32C and before I didn't fill an A. Measurements now: Upper pole 33
Nipples 33.5
Waist 27.5
Hips 37
Left thigh 22.5
Right thigh 23

hello, you look great! can you maybe post pics of you in a fitted t shirt, just for the reference. I am getting the procedure done soon (about 300 cc per side, the dr said), and I would like to visualize my results.

You look great! I would love to have this procedure but no money for it at the moment. Hope to save up for it!

What I needed and what I didn't.
I bought more stuff than I needed for my recovery, so here is my comments in hopes of helping others save some $$!
Vasaline YES, used this lightly on my incisions/scars for a few weeks after
probiotics YES to help with the pooping ;-)
Arnicare gel cream YES
Bromelain YES
Bed liners/garbage bags NO. Thought my incisions would ooze or weep lots more than they did. The initial bandaging with cut-up incontenence pads took care of the worst of it and than after that it was literally just bandaids.
ice packs NO. It turns out this was a mistake. You should not ice after lipo. Ask your doctor though to be sure.
Antibacterial soap NO
Arnica forte YES
stool softener OH MY GOD YES the drugs kept me corked up for days
Protein shakes YES
Scar cream YES but not yet. Actually the incisions are so tiny at this point (One month post op) I can barely find them any more mostly. Though I'm kinda freckly and age-spotty by nature so that helps hide the scars, if you are a smooth-skined 22 year old your mileage may vary.
Scaraway Silicon Scar Sheets YES I can but starting in a couple weeks according to my Dr. I probably won't bother.
Spanx YES but I had to buy a few pairs until I found ones that I liked, once I was ready to be done with my compression garments. I think it was a mistake to buy any before hand, better to go out and get them after.
Foam roller NO, but I think I'm lucky and/or my DR is great because thus far I have anything that feels like lumps or hardness anywhere in my lipo areas.
Gauze Pads NO see above at the bedliners/garbage bags. Total waste of money.
First aid tapes NO Ditto
Bandaids YES YES YES used up a couple of boxes of them.
Pajamas with button front top YES
Button front shirt for day-of YES
Bras (soft, loose ones no underwire) YES

You are doing great with your recovery. You're right, there are often recovery supplies we don't end up using or needing. Thank you for the helpful list! Love your results...I see lots of changes between your before and after pictures. I'm very happy for you!

I am thrilled for you! I'm consulting with Dr. Hagstrom next week for the same procedure so I'm elated to read your posts. The blow by blow details you wrote illustrating the surgery are phenomenally helpful! Thank you so much for taking the time to share this information. I'm looking forward to finding out how all goes for you in the coming weeks and months.

100 times a day. At least I did. Takes 2 minutes.
