Progression comparisons: Before, 1 month and 1 year

This will be my last update with my super photo editing skills to show side by side comparisons. I have lost more weight, currently 115lbs which have affected my breast size. However, I'm not concerned as the tissue will still be alive and will grow once I'm able to regain weight. The biggest difference would be the fat padding I have on the upper part of my chest which covers a good portion of my ribs compared to before. I was not able to squish the breasts together and have cleavage, but am able to now, even with the weight loss. Scars under breast are slightly raised in the stitch areas, same with tailbone. Scars elsewhere have healed flat, but discoloured. I'm sure it'll go away with time. You can see slight double folding under the buttocks, which may bother some individuals if they undergo the procedure. Honestly I just need to get back into shape.
I hope this will help those who have been considering the fat transfer procedure, but have a similar build to mine. Again, I stress that if you are very thin, this will not give you a large increase in size! I believe it is a useful procedure if you want to hide bony parts, and if you want to use it in conjunction with further augmentation down the road as it will soften your features. I plan on going to have consultations for implants for late next year.
I'll be sticking around to answer questions, apologies for disappearing for extended periods of time!

1 Year Thoughts

I realised I should probably at least give a year update on my post surgery results. As an aside, I have lost some weight, now currently sitting at 120-123 lbs due to illness. There are some things I'm happy with and others I'm not so thrilled about. I'll start with the pros:
Pros:
1. I really like what Dr.Bednar has done with my thighs. He definitely improved the shape of my backside. Before my buttocks would be squared off at the bottom, now they actually have a nice curve and look more feminine.
2. Fat retention. I have maintained basically the same size - taking into account my small weight loss. Overall I have gained a little more than 1/2 a cup size.
Cons:
1. Being of east asian descent, I have the unfortunate scarring effect, with post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation as well as post inflammatory erythema (dialated blood vessels). The most noticeable scars are the ones under my breast, followed by the tailbone area. My groin and buttocks areas have healed over beautifully with some discolouration.
2. If you have as little fat as I do, I truly truly recommend that you find a different method of breast augmentation. It won't be worth it for me to go in for top ups, as I don't have much else to harvest and the cost would cover implants. I told myself I was going in with realistic expectations, but deep down inside I'm not yet happy with my breast size. Booby greed is real! To be fair, Dr.Bednar told me that I may want implants instead, or in conjunction with the fat transfer.
Overall, Dr.Bednar was clear in what he would be able to deliver, his office and staff are very warm and welcoming. I would recommend him for sure for individuals with the ideal body to do fat transfers with. If you are someone who has a history of PIH or PIE, do realize that you'll likely have long lasting discolouration.
As for myself, I was in a bad place mentally and physically when I decided to go through with the surgery. Please make sure to take care of yourself in that aspect first, before making a decision as large as this. I do not regret the surgery.
Will post pics when I have a chance to.

1 Month

All of my bruising is gone now, took approximately 3.5 weeks for it to clear up. Looks like the fat tissue is stable, and is fully soft now. It may not look like I have gained much, but I have shallow and wide breasts, with it going almost as far as my armpit. Incision sites are healing up nicely, and I'll be expecting the hyper-pigmentation to last for a year or so before it returns to a normal colour. I still haven't gained full feeling in my back yet, and once in awhile I still have temporary pain in the lipo sites. One thing to note is I have gained approximately 5lbs so I'm now sitting around 130lbs more or less.
