How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Yea. This is a HARD NO.

If you want big implants, and I mean BIG implants, ones that sag and fall in your armpits and cause you to have a hump back from the weight on your chest that you're unable to carry daily.... Then this is the way to go. And when you voice concern, the answer will be to go bigger..... Nope.
Heed this warning. $6000 wasted.

The best way to determine the implant size that fits your personal perception of the perfect breast is to try on sizers. You can see how they fit on you and how they add to your current volume. Although the surgeon can guide you, only you will be able to tell what is the right size. The patient chooses the volume. Then the base diameter and projection that will achieve the qualitative look is chosen taking into consideration the patient's anatomic features and their goals.
