I Cant believe I actually put the deposit down & I am scheduled for August 28! My Doctor is so sweet and knowledgable. He made me feel so comfortable and I was so please when he said I could have any size I wanted since I have broad shoulders. I'm debating between 475- 525cc and I gave my Doc the okay to choose what would look best on my frame! I LITERALLY can't stop thinking about it and wondering why I decided to wait 8 weeks till my surgery day :(
I've been doing research on this topic since I was 12 years old, when my LITTLE sister got her boobs and mine NEVER came! Bummer! I've always loved big boobs so you can imagine my despair when I realized I would have to pay for mine. I've always been curvy, smaller waist, big hips, and butt. I never felt insecure about my 34-36 B, but I always knew I would get a boob job someday!
I will keep updating this post as we move along with the surgery and post-op. Pre Op Appointment is set for August 10! Final payment will be made, Blood work & Medication pre-op (I am assuming) Stay Tuned ;)

I've got broad shoulders too and I'd recommend Mod+ implants! I had high profile before and they had a huge gap between them because of my shoulders/chest being wide. Can't wait to see how it goes!!

Thanx for the recommendation! I'll Consider that. I have not discussed the profile with my doctor yet but I definitely will ask about Mod+ Implants. I've actually moved the Surgery date to the 21st, I could not wait LOL

One Week Closer

I cannot wait! I think I am driving my boyfriend insane, I don't think he wants to talk about my BA everyday >.< I moved my surgery date to the 21st because I am impatient lol So we are One week closer to the date!
I've been doing so much research on this topic, I'm about tired of looking at boobies all day, I want to look at MY OWN! ;)
My dad walked in while I was looking at some girls on this site and he looked very concerned. He asked if I was a lesbian haha
Here are some more photos of the before. I was a teen mom so my boobs got so big when I was pregnant and then deflated before I was even fully developed. I don't hate them, but they can definitely be improved. More than anything, the lack of cleavage on top is what makes me want to get the BA and when I lay down they disappear. Apparently they still kinda disappear when with fake ones too, but at least ill have side boob :)
Did anyone have nightmares about getting theirs done and looking down and they are exactly the same?
I fear that ill have boob greed and be unhappy with the size if I just don't get the biggest size possible.
I saw a girl on here with 600cc and broad shoulders like me and now I'm wondering if 500cc will not be enough.
>.< SO CONFUSED!!!!!
To the girls who've gone through it, Did you wish you went Bigger?

It’s all a matter of personal preference. I went 485 and I am extremely happy. Some days I wish I went bigger. I’m happy with the size bc they enhance me but don’t define me. Sometime the really big implants are all people notice. At the end of the day though, it’s all about what you want to do! So whatever makes you happy, go for it!!

Of course!!! If you have any questions about the BA experience, don’t be afraid to holler at your girl. I’m a year post op now :-)

Now that you mention it..
How did the administer the anesthesia? Was it through IV ?
User Avatar
July 17, 2020
It was general anesthesia through an IV. I don’t remember a damn thing. Knocks you right out.

I'm scheduled for 07/23 with Dr.stanton for BA and I'm going crazy I'm overthinking it. What's recovery like? When do you do your breast completely settle?
User Avatar
July 19, 2020
Everyone is different. I think the more you think about it, the worse it’ll be. The first week was rough. Second week ok. Then decent after that. Just don’t rush your recovery. It took me close to a year for them to fully settle.
July 24, 2020
Just remember: the size you get will look big while healing, then shrink and leave you wondering where they went. Started with 485 then went right to 800 and when the swelling went down, it looked like I'd had them removed for a smaller size.

That's what Im worried about :( I guess I'm just gonna go with that extra 50cc

Congratulations!! It's weird about the size. I wish I had been able to go bigger myself (I got 600s) but it was the top of the moderate plus implant type that I wanted (I wanted more wide/heavy look boobs than extra perky) so I'm fine with that. From my perspective they don't look very big but in pictures they *do* look pretty large, which I love. I'm still getting used to their size. So long story short err on the side of larger rather than smaller for sure. Dr. Harkins had told me 450-500 originally IIRC, but I went with 600s and I'm super glad I did. Also, if you're going to increase size, don't do it in increments of 25 or 50 which are barely noticeable, go for the full 100 if you can.

Thanx girl! I've been doing so much research but its so difficult to say since every body is different. I'm so glad I can actually chat with someone with went to the Doctor :) He recommended 475 but now I think I want 600cc. How tall are you? Btw do you have Ig? I would love to see more pics of the girls... hope thats not weird >__< lol

lol! I just did an update not too long ago with some new pics. Let me know if you want to see any particular angle :)
August 12, 2020
As someone said: go for the bigger size! Boob greed is real and you don't want to regret going too small. And adding 50 is really nothing. At least 100 is needed to be noticeable.
It's hard to say which size would be best for you without knowing your exact measurements but I'd say that 650 HP would be a good bet. If you go for UHP you need to increase the volume to get them wide enough for your chest. But don't be afraid of the numbers.

I wish you the best of luck and that you will be happy with whatever you choose :)

I went to my pre-op appointment yesterday, blood work came out great, anesthesiologist approved the surgery and we are set to go! I'm a little nervous but so excited! We Talked about implant profiles and I'm pretty sure I am going with a high profile. Not really looking for the natural look so I think I am making the right decision. Can't believe next week I will no longer be part of the itty bitty committee :) I will try to post my journey as much as possible! Wish Me Luck !

User Avatar
August 14, 2020
Thank you, sweety! We are going for as much as we can fit, but my doctor doesn't think we will be able to fit more than 500cc high profile. He actually wants me to go with 475cc but will do his best to put as much as possible. If the implant is too big then the stitching will come out looking weird. I will be happy either way since my doctor knows his craft.

I was told by one of the nurses that he leaves a beautiful incision aka scar. I was really worried about that but after hearing that I'm confident it will be alright. Today marks officially one week till my surgery. :)
User Avatar

That's like me and my 600s. Dr. Harkins said he'd try to fit them in but didn't guarantee it, and in the end he was able to do so. He had recommended 550s. Put strips on your scars as soon as you're able and they'll heal very well. I had some issues with interior scarring that hasn't completely softened (@close to 6 months) but the doc says we can inject something to relax it if necessary. One week! You must be super stoked!
OH! Since you're going with large implants, be sure and put on some of that stretch mark cream they have at the store while your boobs are recovering and your skin is stretching. I had some stretch marks appear and the cream is helping :) Hope your boobs look fabulous, best of luck!
