Feeling almost back to normal now! (surgery March 22, these photos May 15th) I am able to bike, hike, and resume normal daily activities without much thought. I still have arm weakness as part of the healing, and occasionally some soreness. They are still falling into place, but it took til about 8 weeks to feel like they're looking more normal, especially when in a swimming suit.

My swelling has gone down quite a bit, as well as them "dropping" a bit more. The incisions are healing really nicely, only a purple/red, 2.5 inch line currently. They recommend the Embrace adhesives for scar treatments about a week after you have the tapes removed initially. I found them cheapest at our local Walgreens. Also, I continue to wear the band for 6-12 hours right now, until they have dropped to an ideal spot. The doctor's office kindly gives you these bands, so you don't have to worry about those if you need it.
I've been cleared to workout again, without arm movements like push-ups/pull-ups, etc. They suggest you keep your heart rate lower to prevent injury & high blood pressure. I have been able to resume most of my normal activities. At about 4 weeks I was able to notice a bit more ease with using my arms.

After years of considering a Breast Augmentation, I finally made the decision to research a doctor to have the procedure. I found Dr. Guerra through searching here and locally here in AZ. After looking at so many after photos, I knew he was the doctor that would be for my surgery. All the after pictures are the shape/look that I wanted. I am so happy I found him, and found my nerve to go forward with the surgery! Thank you! Here is a little of my experience, hope it helps someone like me out there.
The consultation was a good experience, to talk with him, try out sizes, learn of the different options/profiles, and the overall what to expect from this process. The office is very classy and all the staff is very friendly.
I was nervous to explain to a doctor that I didn't want to go too large, just enough to fill out my clothes. I never felt pressured to go larger than what would fit my body, life style, and comfort level. I liked that on the first day he went over the measurements on my body frame to not only help me make the decision for sizing, but to give me a better idea of what my end results could be.
His schedule is quite busy, but I was able to get in within 2 weeks for a consultation, and within a month for surgery. (If you're flexible in your schedule, they will work their best to get you in when possible.)
Their office is located at Bell & the 101 in Scottsdale, and the surgery was downtown. This is not an issue for us, as we live somewhat in the middle of those. The surgery location is professional, and feels more intimate than a huge hospital. All the staff were great, and the people who work with Guerra during surgery have been selected for their clear knowledge and experience levels. I felt safe in their care.
I'm currently 5 weeks post op right now. I will update as things progress. Oh, also I've have 3 post op appointments. One was 3 days after the surgery with the doctor and nurse, then at 2.5 weeks with the nurse, and then this week at 4.5 weeks. Each appointment they go over nutrition, your healing, massages, band usage (if needed), take pictures, and answer questions you might have. My next one is at the 6 month point. These follow up appointments were included in the cost of my surgery.
