Wow oh wow! Changed my life physically and spiritually

AMAZING… I am happy with my experience at Premium Care Clinic and the Recovery Suites. Every single staff member who helped me was so kind, professional, and very understanding, mostly since I had lost my cell phone on my way to the airport over here, so you can only imagine how scary and risky it was to travel alone with no cell phone and only to communicate with my laptop that I am so glad took with me lol.

But as soon as I arrived, there was a taxi driver named “Juan Carlos” with my name on a piece of paper, and I immediately felt safe and relieved that I was already in great hands.The above question "Who performed the treatment" isn't fair as it only allows me to choose 1 name when it was indeed a team effort from everyone to the point that it was hard to keep up with their names lol, but if it wasn’t for Andrea following up with me via email or being professional/consistent on replying then I probably would have considered going else so Thank You Andrea.

Nayiby and her staff at the recovery suites took excellent care of me and treated me like family, and we're happy to assist me in any way that I needed, from welcoming me to the suite with a delicious fresh squeeze of frozen lemonade to letting me know my surgery time.My follow-ups, my massage appointments from the lovely and funny Carmen (her hands are truly gifted) to the housekeepers asking me what would I want for lunch/dinner, Pedro kindly scheduling a dermatologist appointment for me, the nurses making sure I was taking my medication on time and helping me put on my faja (which is a two-man job in my opinion).

And a special thanks to Alba, as she went above and beyond on not only walking with me to purchase the Faja but also having them fitted to the right size as well.Overall, EVERYONE made sure I was comfortable and taken care of every step of the way! They indeed are delightful, kind, friendly, patient, and always smiling (through their masks, of course).

I truly felt they treated me like family, not just another patient, and I very much appreciate the safety measures they took by cleaning/disinfecting thoroughly and wearing their masks while going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at ease during my recovery.
