Capsular contracture occurred 2 years post-op

Had the procedure done Aug 2020. September 2022, I noticed my right side had hardened up almost overnight. My doctor sent me to have MRI imaging done, which indicated a high likelihood of rupture. I contacted Dr. Deuber's office staff and instead of guided through Mentor's implant warranty, I was quoted a brand new price to redo the entire surgery about $1k more than my original procedure. I really hoped for more guidance and care from the office of this surgeon, as it is extremely upsetting that my implant is completely ruined on one side. It is now almost 2 years later and I have yet to resolve this issue. My breasts are very asymmetrical and I really wish I could find the right surgeon to help navigate this process.

They completely feel like my own breasts because I cannot feel or detect the implant anywhere- to the touch or through regular daily activities. Results are very natural. I am very pleased with Dr. Deuber’s work.
