Worth the Travel to Work with the Best Surgeon!

I’m from Las Vegas, NV, and when I started looking into breast augmentation, I realized pretty quickly that the surgeons near me didn’t quite have the aesthetic I was looking for. Dr. Kim’s work immediately stood out to me, and at one point I realized that almost all of my inspiration photos were actually from his Instagram. That was when I knew it made more sense to travel to the surgeon whose work already matched exactly what I wanted.
For reference, I’m **5'4", around 138 lbs, with an athletic build**. I had a very specific vision in my head: I wanted a fuller chest that still looked natural on my frame and could almost feel modest at the same time. I was very nervous about going too big or ending up with an overly augmented look.
I started with an online consultation, then traveled for an in-person consultation, and eventually had surgery with him. We ended up choosing **360 cc Motiva implants, placed dual plane, through a periareolar incision**. Dr. Kim was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He understood exactly what I was trying to describe, even when it was difficult to put the aesthetic into words.
I am now 10 months post-op and I genuinely could not be happier. He got what I wanted to a T. The size, shape, and overall look feel completely right for my body. They gave me the fullness I wanted without overwhelming my frame, and the result still feels very natural.
One of the things that made the experience especially reassuring as an out-of-town patient was how personally involved he is in everything. He handles the process from beginning to end, and he is the person I communicate with directly. He provides his phone number and email, answers questions incredibly quickly, and continues to follow up with me regularly even this far out from surgery. I never felt like I was being passed around or forgotten once the procedure was over.
